The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining/living room area with several French doors opening to a screened porch and the swimming pool area. There is a large dining table which seats 10 and an island counter for an additional three. This is the perfect place to entertain with a large flat panel TV. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, a master suite with a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, television and a sliding glass door that open to the hot tub. The master bathroom also has a large glassed-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the first floor area.
On the second floor you will find an additional master bedroom with king-size bed, ceiling fan and television. The second floor master bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bedroom that has two single beds. There two additional bedrooms on the second floor that will each sleep an additional two people (total of 4) and share a full size bathroom. There is a sitting area on the second floor for reading or checking email with the wireless internet. Central air conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in all sleeping areas.

Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or check-out not available during summer months. Sorry, no pets, no smoking anywhere on the property (inside or out). Sorry, no groups of young adults: students or graduates. Families and mature individuals are welcome.
Rehoboth is a city you will fall in love with. It has beautiful shady streets, lakes, nice boardwalk with "Funland" attractions. Rehoboth has nice, clean beaches, many restaurants for every taste. Rehoboth Beach has many activities all year around like Jazz Festivals, Independent Movies and Sea Witch Festivals, Band Stand performances, volleyball games at the beach, and, of course, tax-free shopping.
For those who like parks, 15-minute drive to Lewes will bring you to Henlopen State Park with its beaches, hiking, biking, or camping or ride your bike on the trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes. Nearby is the Lewes-Cape May Ferry that takes you to New Jersey's great Cape May.
