Great location, close to the beach.

Myself and two thirteen year old boys stayed at this home from march 22-26. The property was everything the site said it would be. Clean, close to the beach and comfortable. The owners Ann and Clive were super friendly and made themselves availble if needed. They supplied you with all the instructions for the home as well as where to find things nearby in Mission beach (Like the grocery store!). Due to the tri-level of the house I would not recommend it for people with bad knees; aside from this, the home was very nice. We had everything we needed, and you are within walking distance to Belmont Amusement park, SeaWorld, Shopping, the bay, the pacific ocean, the boardwalk and restaurants. You truly are smack in the middle of the mission beach scene. That being said, it was not noisy even though we were there during spring break. As we frequently rent beach homes, our only dissapointment was that there really was not much for outdoor enteraining. The "decks' though there were three, were very small and offered minimal views. Best of all there is a garage! Parking is a always a challenge in these beach towns.We would definitely stay here again!
