Three bedroom, three bath home with downstairs multipurpose room with murphy bed, ping pong,

fridge, microwave and entrance to pool and patio. Upstairs with large living dining area, screened porch with view of the bay. Heated pool and access to dock with boat slips, fish cleaning station. Magnificent sunrise views from your porch, living room, two bedrooms. beach cart provided. Gulf of Mexico beach is an easy stroll down Laika Lane about 300 yards.

South Seas wedding

Our son was married at South Seas on a Monday night, but we chose to rent a house for the week. We felt like we picked the best house and location on Captiva for the price! We needed a place with extra space for a few days which the downstairs offered, but was cozy for the 4 of us that remained for the entire week. We had a welcome party for those who traveled to Captiva for the wedding around the pool, and it was a perfect evening for all! While the property isn't the most updated, it was fine for our purposes. The view of the bay is wonderful, and you are in walking distance of Andy Rosse Lane, South Seas, and the wonderful beach sunsets! The only downside if you have older adults with you is the steps to the main entrance. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
