Located on the popular Alii Drive, our TRUE OCEANFRONT condominium looks out to Kailua Bay and beyond. From the Lanai, you can watch cruise ships tender their passengers to Kailua Pier, plus all the other harbour activities like parasailing. Watch the whales, dolphins and the night lights of Kailua-Kona from your lanai.
Unit 4213 is right on the Ocean and is away from the parking lot on the second floor, so very little noise. This unit has all brand new furnishings, 40' HDTV and kitchen hardware and small appliances. There has been all new floor tile installed throughout the unit, plus both bathrooms have been tototally renovated. The kitchen has been totally redone, including all new kitchen cabinets and countertop. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave/hood fan and washer/dryer. Seavillage has wireless internet available to all users at no additional charge. The master bedroom with the ensuite has a queen size bed with a tv also while the second bedroom has two twin size beds.
The complex has an Oceanfront swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There is also spacious rolling lawns with picnic tables and gas BBQ'S. There is a tennis court for everyone's use. We have racquets in our unit. The Green Flash Coffee Shop is right out front of the complex serving the famous Kona Coffee, breakfast and ice cream!
From this spectacular condo you can walk to beaches and the historic Kailua-Kona village town about 1 mile away with it's great luau's, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants and pubs, dancing, water sports, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding and deep sea fishing....just about every water sport you can think of. There are boogie boards, beach towels, chairs and snorkelling gear in the unit for use. Plus there are many fabulous golf courses in and around the Kona area.

Sea Village is great in that you are in walking distance of downtown Kona. This makes you very close to shops and restaurants, it is a 4 minute drive. You are also only 2 miles from Magic Sands Beach. Many public access beachs are along Alii Drive. The condo is very handy to the airport and many other activities on the Big Island.
Our condo is right on the ocean, the view is spectacular ! The crashing of the waves is a beautiful sound to wake up to in the morning. The unit is away from the parking lot, so you have much less noise. The unit has two bedrooms and bathrooms. We have a large new TV and the complex comes with WI-FI.
I hesitate to write about this place, because it was abolutely wonderful and I would love for it to remain a special secret, but I must give it the kudos it deserves! This condo is RIGHT ON THE WATER and the marine life we saw was amazing - porpoises (daily), manta ray, tang, etc. the sunsets from the lanai were also spectacular.
The condo was equipped with all the necessities, as well as many extras that we utilized and greatly appreciated - boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, binoculars (the list could go on, but you get the idea!). The kitchen was great as well - everything we needed with which to prepare meals.
Kona was a fun, low-key place with a casual vibe and the beaches nearby were great places to see more marine life and soak up some sun. We had a great time and will definitely return?
Stayed in the condo with my sister and my 80-year-old mother. The condo was very well equipped with beach towels, tennis racquets, snorkeling gear, lounge chairs, etc. My mom was most impressed with the size of the living/dining area as well as the lanai. In the mornings we were able to see spinner dolphins about 100 yards out! Although we had to drive to town (my mom can't walk that far) it would be "doable" for most people. All the details regarding reserving dates down to picking up the key could not have gone smoother. Tyler was very easy to work with! I can't say enough about the view from the lanai--can't imagine it could be any better. I would highly recommend renting this property.
Along with my two adult (21/26) children I stayed in this unit for ten days prior to Christmas. I had stayed at Sea Village (a very well maintained complex) in the past, but in units overlooking the pool area. This was the first time my children had visited Kona, and this unit gave each of us space plenty of space as well as a gorgeous private view of Kona Bay. The condo is clean, comfortable, very well equipped and well priced - everything you need when visiting Kona! It is the perfect jumping off spot for day trips and adventures around the island, and is an easy walk to "downtown" Kona for a meander or shopping. The Green Flash Coffee company, located on site, is a great bonus! A car is pretty much a given for this island because there is tons to explore, whether you have an hour or a day. If your wish is to mindlessly flop on the lanai, or by the pool, with a good book or just stare out at the ocean and see what the dolphins and turtles are up to this is a great place to do that, too. You won't be disappointed! We all agreed we would come to this unit again, and I have already passed the VRBO link on to friends! Aloha, and enjoy!
We come to Kona every year for vacation and stay 2 to 3 weeks. Our family always stays on Alii Drive, but further North. We decided to stay at the Sea Village because I love the Green Flash Coffee Company. Now, I really love the location too. We were only 15 minutes walking distance to Kona town and the view from the condo was perfect. The pool is right on the ocean and we loved watching the spinner dolphins every day. The condo was clean and updated with all the necessities. We will definitely be back.

When I rented this condo I carefully read all reviews and descriptions and looked over the photos many times. That being said, the actual view and location far better than any photo can convey. After a day at the beach or driving around the island it was awesome to have the sunset to look forward too on the lanai after a long day. The condo was comfortable with all the appliances we needed. Loved the tile floors after a day at the beach too. Close but not too close to Kailua-Kona. The complex itself was very well kept. We would not hesitate to come back again and again!
