Elegant Mediterranean Style Pool home perfect for Families and Couples

We travelled as a party of 5 including a 2 year old boy. The house and amenities were as described and the house was clean and well maintained. The rental was also kid friendly; had a safe and secure house and neighbourhood, included pool toys for children as well as plastic dishware and cutlery. While I was initially worried there was no pool heat available it was so warm outside that the water was refreshing even for our toddler! Paulette was great to deal with responding as promptly as possible to my
e-mails and questions. When we travel to Florida again we will definitely be re-booking this house!

We arrived on Friday 2-17 to find out the home we rented did not have pool heat like we were told it had. We specifically told them the importance of this for our vacation rental. We were told the pool heat broke down a few days before we arrived, but they did not make any effort to tell us that ahead of time so we could possibly make other arrangements. I actually don't think it has a solar pool heater like they said it had. No eveidence of it on the roof or on the electrical panel. The owners Paulette and Lee stopped by the night we arrived and explained what happened to the pool heat. We agreed that we would only be charged one night and they would refund the difference, since we found a different rental that actually had pool heat. That did not happen, they ended up charging us four nights and would not honor the verbal agreement they had made to my face. Overall the home was clean, neighborhood was ok, management was poor. I would not recommend renting from them.
