Est. 2008 - This is a spacious,three story,recently remodeled, corner townhouse, closest(out of four units in the building) to the mountains and sitting a few moment's walk up to hills from Ventura blvd, overseeing San Fernando & Malhouland mountains.

Located close to major studios and just minutes to Universal Studios, Universal Amphi-theater concert venue & City Walk, theater complex and theme restaurants; NOHO Arts district; downtown Burbank; Hollywood, (Graumann's Chinese Theater and 'Walk of Fame', Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars; Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats while you enjoy an open air concert; LA Zoo and Griffith Park with riding trails and Observatory; 5 min. by car to Hollywood, over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, trendy Melrose Ave and upscale Beverly Hills;10 min. to famous Westwood & Brentwood;15 min. from famous beaches like Venice, Malibu, Santa Monica.
Walking distance to Trader Joe's on busy Studio City plaza (Blockbuster,pizza,chinese,Manhatten bagel etc.), famous restaurants (Italian,Argentinian,Indian etc.)some 24hrs,sushi bars (two of them're the oldest in town), farmer's market (sundays), supermarkets, drug stores, post office, banks,sporting goods, near by park with kids playground; as well as lounges, pubs etc.
Our family is originally from Russia and Ukraine. When we came to Los Angeles some 23 years ago; both of us fell in love with this city, especially its unique wheather and views.

Its our personal residence where we stay from time to time . We just decided to share the place because of its closeness to worldwide attractions like Universal Studios, Universal City Walk , Hollywood, Sunset Blvds, Mulholland Drive, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Venice & Santa Monica beaches.
Our family (me, my spouse and two teens) stayed at this Studio City condo during our recent visit to LA. The owners Edward and Rada were excellent to work with. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns. The location worked really well for us as it was very close to Universal and had quick and easy access to the freeways. The unit is very spacious and has everything you would need for a stay. The secure underground parking was perfect. The unit was spotless when we arrived.
The only cons we had was that the unit was quite noisy. Sounds carry in from outside and the unit next door was under construction so it was not quiet. There were a few minor items (like having only one wine glass) but they did not impact us. Overall it was a good place to stay and staying in a rental unit like this is much better than a hotel .
Even with a late arrival due to airport traffic, we were met late in the evening to be shown around the house. The owners were very friendly, and very thorough with their tour of the house. The condo is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with many conveniences (such as a Trader Joe's) right around the corner. Waking up in the morning to a brightly lit area, it became clear how clean and well maintained the townhouse really is. Even after forgetting a few necessities, the owners were kind enough to quickly send it back to us via FedEx. Highly recommend for anybody looking to spend some time in Los Angeles!
We spent the thanksgiving week in this unit and really enjoyed our stay. We come to California each Thanksgiving and I have to say that this condo is as nice as any we have stayed in.
We booked this home for an extended-stay while working in the area and this was a perfect choice! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and extremely well maintained! The bedrooms are located on an upper level, and away from the main level, making this perfect for place for families with kids that want their own 'space'- also, the third level opens to a wonderful rooftop deck! There are many restaurants (Crust- a pizza place is a must try!!) within walking distance, and a Trader Joe's just a couple of blocks away. The owners of this home are wonderful! Ready to help with whatever you need and respond right away! I highly recommend this place- its a terrific space and location with terrific owners!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. It is in a perfect location for visiting all sights of Los Angeles and Hollywood as well as being nearby to grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores etc. Free underground garage parking and free wireless internet was a nice addition also. Most hotels charge additional fees for these services. The neighborhood is safe for walking to nearby establishments or for a leisurely stroll. The condo is spacious and we had plenty of room and privacy for 4-5 adults. I will definitely stay here again when we visit with other friends or family. It is much nicer than getting separate hotel rooms; we can all enjoy each other's company and it feels a little more like home. And it is definitely less expensive than a hotel stay. Ed and Rada were wonderful; they answered all our questions and addressed any concerns quickly. The process of reserving, staying, and checking out was easy and seamless. No more hotels for us! Thank you Ed and Rada... We look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.
We were very pleased with our stay in this townhouse. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was great and we felt safe any time of the day. The owner responded promptly to any questions and was very pleasant to deal with. From the initial reservation to checkout , everything went smoothly.
We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in LA.
