Our ground-floor luxury condo offers the very best in beachfront vacation living, in the luxury condo community of Hacienda de Mita, inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort, home to both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts. The spacious single-story design of the condo offers over 3,900 square feet (330 M2) of indoor-outdoor living space, and is decorated in a soothing palate of oceanic blues and creams, mirroring the colors of the adjacent ocean.
There are three large bedroom suites, each with a sizable private bathroom. The ocean-view Master Suite has a king bed, and an extra-large bathroom and dressing area with a walk-in closet and Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom-suite also has a king sized bed, private bath, and ocean views. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bath. There’s also a small flex-room with its own bath, set up with bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or a nanny.
The living areas are spacious and filled with light, and you are just steps away from the beachfront swimming pool. You can literally spend hours watching the surfers and paddle-boarders catching the waves on the adjacent beach – or, joining them, when you see a set you like! The large living-dining-kitchen-entertainment area extends onto the 30 X 15-foot covered patio...spilling out into the grassy lawn. Glass doors completely retract into the walls so you can enjoy true indoor-outdoor living during the nine-plus months of moderate temperatures. During summer months, close off the patio but still enjoy stunning water views together with air-conditioned comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, tropical wood cabinets, a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking cooktop stove, and a dishwasher. A powder room is located off of the living area.

Our golf cart (with headlights), included in your stay, makes it easy to get around to all of these places, as well as into the Punta de Mita Village, with its collection of beachfront, casual and gourmet restaurants. About Hacienda de Mita:
Located inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort, the Hacienda de Mita condominiums are not only located directly on a sandy beachfront, but also on one of the region’s most popular surf breaks and paddleboard spots, El Anclote. This gated luxury condo community is comprised of attractive three- and four-story buildings, with the 7th fairway of the original Jack Nicklaus Pacifico Signature course running alongside its western border. Each building of 6 or 8 condos has its own elevators, covered parking, and infinity-edge swimming pool.
In addition to the amenities located in each building, the community also has a private Beach Club reserved for the exclusive use of Hacienda de Mita property owners and their rental guests. The Beach Club features a Clubhouse with kitchen, men’s and ladies’ restrooms with changing areas, a massage room, office and a large oceanfront swimming pool surrounded by sun chairs. Entry to Hacienda de Mita is though a 24-hour staffed gate, so visitors are always announced.
