This two-story luxury villa is a great place for family or friends to vacation together – offering private spaces for two couples, plus terrific common areas designed for group gatherings. The location is perfect – just a three-minute golf cart ride to either the Residents’ Beach Club or Punta Mita Golf Club. The villa is set within the luxury residential community of Las Palmas Villas, inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort, home to both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts.
There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus an extra Powder Room off of the living room. The Master Suite has a king canopy bed, ocean views, a deck with lounge furniture, infinity-edge private Jacuzzi, and an extra-large bathroom with a walk-in shower for two, and dressing area with a large closet. The second Master bedroom-suite also has a king bed, with a garden view, outdoor shower, indoor Jacuzzi tub, and a large bath with double marble vanities, and walk in closet. The third bedroom features two double beds, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
The living/dining/kitchen/entertaining area flows seamlessly onto the large terrace, partially shaded, for true indoor-outdoor living. The terrace also features its own plunge pool and Jacuzzi, with an adjacent Viking BBQ and wet bar – great for poolside entertaining. Covered seating areas, plus a casual dining table for eight means you will likely spend a great deal of time outside! Tall palm trees and tropical flowers border the nice-sized back yard. Interior design accents include carved wooden entry doors that open into the central, open-air courtyard with fountain, marble counters, and custom stone flooring throughout. The décor features a comfortable palette of beach-chic colors – light cream colors with accents of ocean blues and greens.
The living room has a plasma TV with surround sound system, while the central A/C features individual room controls. Our gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances invites group cooking or pampering by a personal chef or gourmet cook.
