We named our condo “Turtles Return" because the sea turtles return each year to lay eggs on this beautiful stretch of beach. Once you have enjoyed the comfort and amenities of this beach condo, you will want to return too. Turtles Return offers one of the best values at the beach with fantastic introductory rates for 2007. In fact, for 2007, the owner will provide linens, towels, end-of-week cleaning, high-speed internet access, and long distance calls in the United States for no charge to our guests.
Turtles Return is bright and open with an inviting floor plan of over 1400 square feet of living space. Includes two bedrooms and two full baths, a large great room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, spacious balcony, a full sized washer and dryer, two designated garage parking spaces, and a garage storage closet for beach and pool supplies – all in a luxury resort setting. Turtles Return can accommodate up to 7 guests and is perfect for family fun or a romantic getaway. Turtles Return is elegant, yet packed with excitement for the children. Turtles Return offers more privacy than most homes in The Sanctuary as you are on the top floor with no units above you and none right next to you – lots of windows and sunlight.
Professionally decorated in a West Indies style with original art work displayed throughout. All furniture and beds are brand new and are so comfortable you may want to spend the entire day inside. The home is stocked with a small library of books, board games, legos, cards, DVDs, and CDs. The great room has a large flat panel TV with surround sound, cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo. Each bedroom has a TV with cable and a DVD player. All TVs are compatible with Play Station and Xbox games. We invite you to use the items in our ground level storage closet, which is loaded with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, bikes, fishing gear, a cooler, and beach toys. The storage closet is big enough for you to store and lock up personal items that you want to have near the beach and pool. Turtles Return also owns an investor membership at Hell's Point golf course, which provides our guests with preferred tee times, and discounts on golf and the pro shop.
Great Room / Dining Room: The huge great room is open to the dining room and kitchen. The great room has a large flat panel TV with surround sound, cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo. There is free phone and high-speed internet access in the dining room area and the phone system allows for free long distance calls in the United States. The great room is very bright with two big windows that face south and two sliding glass doors that open to the balcony facing west. The windows are covered with wood blinds and curtains and the sliding doors are covered with velvet curtains. The great room is furnished with two inviting reclining chairs, two couches (one can be used as a very comfortable double bed), a gorgeous ottoman that matches the reclining chairs, beautiful lamps and side tables, and a ceiling fan. The solid maple dining table has chairs for six people. The dining table is centered on a colorful oriental rug.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining room and great room, with views out to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart products, including the gourmet coffee maker, baking equipment, toaster, toaster oven, and blender. The spice cabinet includes a nice variety of spices for your use. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a large pantry.
Balcony: The spacious balcony overlooks the gorgeous pool, hot tub, and landscaped courtyard. The wicker balcony furniture also has a West Indies feel and consists of 4 chairs, a dining table, and 2 small tables for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink and dinner while you watch the sun set. The courtyard has many built-in professional grade Viking grills for your use and many tables and chairs for you to enjoy a meal by the pool. The pool and courtyard are lit at night to create a pleasant view from your balcony.
Master Bedroom and Bathroom: The master bedroom is large and has a walk-in closet. The queen mahogany bed and night stand, mango wood dresser, tropical lamps, and ceiling fan give the bedroom a West Indies style. The mattress and pillows are top of the line. The master bedroom includes a TV with cable and a DVD player, and a very comfortable upholstered swivel rocker for you to relax and enjoy a book or a movie. The bedroom window is covered with wood blinds and a curtain for complete privacy. The master bathroom is also large and has beautiful maple cabinets, a granite counter top, tile floors, and is decorated in simple elegance.
Second Bedroom and Bathroom: The second bedroom has a large closet and built in book shelves. The bunk bed system is perfect for adults or children and includes a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, both with top of the line mattresses and pillows. The night stand and dresser are a fresh “beachy" white. The room includes a TV with cable and a DVD player, and a very comfortable upholstered swivel rocker for you to relax and enjoy a book or a movie. The bedroom window is covered with wood blinds for complete privacy. The second bathroom is accessed from the hallway just outside the second bedroom and has beautiful maple cabinets, a granite counter top, and tile flooring. This bathroom is decorated in a beach/surfing theme.
