This modern, spacious historical home is centrally located on Park Avenue just steps away from Town Lift & Main Street restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

The home was originally built in 1904 and is classified as a Park City Historical District Landmark Home. The house has been painstakingly restored to a beautiful, modern condition while still maintaining the charm of a turn-of-the-century miner's cottage.

The property boasts an authentic mission-style feel combined with modern conveniences such as a large hot tub, gourmet kitchen, digital TVs, free WIFI and an office computer. While the house has a miner's cottage-style look on the outside, the inside contains a large, open living area covering three floors, including a main level with high ceilings perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Start your day with a delicious gourmet coffee from our well-stocked kitchen or you can grab a quick espresso at the coffee shop located across the street. After breakfast, walk 50 yards to Park City Mountain Resort's Old Town Ski Lift & Ticket Office or you can take a short 5 minute free shuttle from Main Street to Park City or Deer Valley ski resorts.

After enjoying Park City's legendary powder, ski back to our centrally-located home via Quittin' Time trail, and pamper yourself in our deluxe, 8 person, private Hot Tub while making dinner plans at any of Main Street's fabulous restaurants. You can also prepare your own dinner in the comfortable kitchen and relax beside the fireplace with a movie on our wide-screen TV.

Our Park Avenue home is the perfect vacation destination for those who want to be in the heart of Park City's Old Town Historic District while also enjoying modern amenities. These amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, spacious open-floor dining/living room, high-ceilings, private rear patio with hot tub, private balcony, Cable TV, wireless Internet, computer/printer, washer/dryer, ski storage & more.

The home sleeps 10-12 people comfortably & can accommodate large families. The downstairs master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, & bathroom with steam shower. There is also another bedroom with bunk beds located next to the master bedroom. The den on the main floor is a day bed (twin) & twin trundle. The main floor guest bathroom includes a claw foot tub/shower and authentic pull-chain toilet. The upstairs bedroom is a roomy loft with full bath that includes a TV, queen size bed, 2 twin beds, & a single pullout bed. For larger groups, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a comfortable bed.

Guests have told us they enjoy our home's central location, historical mission-style beauty and clean, modern feel. We offer our home for all seasonal activities experienced in Park City, including the Sundance Film Festival, downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating, mountain biking, road biking, skateboarding, fishing, hiking, running, horseback riding, shopping and of course - just relaxing in the heart of it all. About Angela & Todd

My husband and I live in Southern California, and have enjoyed repeated vacations to Park City over the past 10 years. We love the clean, healthy mountain environment and year-round activities. In 2010 we decided to purchase our dream vacation home in beautiful Old Town. We have 2 children - an 10 year old boy who loves to shred powder and a 12 year old daughter who likes to be the first person in the morning at the Town Lift. We welcome you to our home and wish you a memorable vacation.

What makes this house unique

You will not find a better location than this house. It sits on the corner of Park Avenue and Heber Avenue (the road that splits Main Street). Main Street is literally out your back door, the Kimball Art Center is across the street, free shuttle bus stop is about 4 houses down, the Town Lift is a block away, and endless hiking, biking and skiing are out your front door. Upper Park Ave becomes one way down all winter which makes it a very quiet residential street in the heart of Old Town.

Great Home and Perfect Location

The house was very charming and a perfect fit for my wife and three daughters - could not have hoped for anything better. The location one block from the main street and the center of Park City, and a few blocks from the Town Lift was fantastic. This was especially the case over the weekend during the art festival as parking was restricted and many people had to park and ride the bus to the festival. We, on the other hand had a parking pass for the front of the house and a permit to pass through restricted areas, and were only one block from the entrance to the festival. Would highly recommend this house and location, especially if you are vacationing during the art festival weekend.

Great Experience

We look forward to a ski trip every year and decided this year to look at Utah and found this charming historical house.

Before our arrival my husband asked if they had a crock-pot since we like to stay in and eat after a long day of skiing. The Owner actually had one delivered to the house and because she said it was a good idea to have one at the house! That was the type of service we received throughout this process!

You can tell the owners loved this house and did a fantastic job in keeping the historical authenticity but also adding in all the everyday amenities. They have all kinds of kitchen supplies (now a crock-pot ?) that you would need, plenty of blankets/pillows, etc. to make the house comfortable.

Upon our arrival Utah received a big winter storm and staying at this location was perfect! Literally, you can ski off the slope directly to Park Avenue (your street), a stop at the High West Distillery is a must (great food/whiskey) and you are just a few feet from home.

The Pizza Place across the street has great food a great walls ….and of course you have all of Main Street for more shopping than you can do in one week!.

Great parking right in front of the house, hot tub always on our must list was perfect in the back porch! Great House – can’t wait to stay again!!

Charming and ideally located!!!

We completely enjoyed this home and our summer vacation in Park City. This charming home really brings out the history and character of Park City and is ideally located. The home retains the Old Town Charm but with modern amenities to make it comfortable. Despite being quaint and charming, the home is quite spacious. We fell in love with the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We enjoyed being in the heart of Park City with coffee shops, restaurants and art studios just steps away. We also enjoyed the access to summer hiking and biking trails. It is the ideal combination of being away in the mountains while also enjoying all the excitement of Park City.

Fun girls weekend location

I took my mom, daughter and sister-in-law to Park City the first weekend in October and stayed in this precious home. It is as cute as can be imagined. It has been updated for modern comfort but remains true to the historic feel. Beds are comfy and the hot tub is a pleasure. The house is one block off Main, so it is no problem to step around the corner to shop or enjoy a tasty meal. Parking was easy, but you can well get by without a car.
It was our first trip to the area, we found plenty of helpful hints for our stay. A history of the home was an interesting plus. The owner has provided everything you will need short of groceries and a well stocked market is within a 5 minute drive. Also your front door is steps away from a ski lift! I think that Park City is a great destination and this home puts you in a perfect place to enjoy it all.

Perfect, comfortable vacation stay

We came to Park City for a family wedding and we found this house charming and comfortable. Perfect for our family to stay in and visit with each other. We loved the coffee house across the street. Angela was extremely helpful and flexible with us as we narrowed down our dates. We will definitely consider coming back to Park City and would stay again in this house!

This historical, spacious, remodeled home is located steps from the Park City Town Lift and adjacent to dozens of Main Street restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Walk 1 block to the Town Lift operated by Park City Mountain Resort. Town Lift has a ticket window at the base of the lift for easy ticket purchases and connects to the mid-mountain area of Park City. At the end of the day, you can either ski down to the Town Lift base via Quittin' Time run, or take the Town Lift back down the mountain.

Main Street restaurants and night life are an easy stroll from our home. The home faces Park Avenue for privacy, but is close enough to Main Street's chic restaurants and shops.

During the Summer or Winter, you can walk 1 block to the Free Shuttle Bus Stop located on Park Avenue in front of the Town Lift. The Park City Shuttle Bus connects to the Canyons, Deer Valley, Park City and other local destinations. It offers free, dependable transportation and usually stops every 10-30 min
