This 1835 Greek Revival home was recently redesigned, renovated, and fully furnished by acclaimed and internationally published Heidi Gerquest Designs.

The home boasts a warm french country feel with precious antiques, wood fireplace, beautiful hand painted floors and walls, and colorful Utshak rugs. There are hardwood floors, radiant heat, central air, fully applianced culinary kitchen, laundry facilities, patio off master suite with pastoral views, and a one-car garage. The landscaped gardens offer a peaceful retreat on this secluded two acre property with spectacular sunsets.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in North Yarmouth, Maine

Cleaning $150

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rental Agreement to be signed with a deposit of 50% down to secure the specified dates. A Damage Deposit (separate check) of $1,000 to be sent with the balance. The balance is due 2 weeks before the booking date. Personal or business checks will be accepted. If plans change and prospective renter is unable to stay on their secured dates, the deposit is Non-Refundable. No amount of the deposit will be refunded.
  • $1400 per week + $150 Cleaning Fee Utilities Included. $3800 per Month + $150 cleaning fee Utilities not included

Absolutely stunning!

We rented the property for the weekend of the Pineland Farms trail running festival and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house is absolutely stunning and extremely clean. It is located very conveniently for a night out in Portland or one of the great local restaurants in Yarmouth. It would be a perfect property for 2 families to share as there are 2 different wings with completely separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Our 2 children enjoyed having breakfast in the sunroom every morning and we liked the tranquil views from the master bedroom balcony! We'd definitely like to return for a longer stay and highly recommend this property.

Great property near the Barn on Walnut Hill

My family and I, were at this property for a wedding at the Barn on Walnut Hill. The location was great (right down the road from the barn) and the house is beautiful. It is also close to freeport/portland, both excellent places to visit. The land lord was very nice and responsive. I would come back again if I have time. Thanks!!
