4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 8-10

Enjoy fabulous views and spectacular sunsets from this open and bright contemporary waterfront home. Features include cherry floors, a newly renovated kitchen with cherry cabinets, an island and stainless appliances all open to the dining area and living area with sliders to the outdoor deck, hot tub, front lawn and the beach. There is a bedroom on the first floor that sleeps 3 in twin beds. A full bath completes the first floor. A dramatic shipyard built staircase leads to the 2nd floor and a private master bedroom suite complete with air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the water. Also on the second floor are 2 other bedrooms both with views. Those bedrooms share a full bath and a loft with a futon and a separate tv area. The back yard is private and fenced. You can play basketball in the back, take a dip in the water, soak in the hot tub and entertain friends and family on the deck. Mooring use possible, kayaks available and pets will be considered.

We just spent a wonderful week in this lovely, private and extremely comfortable house. It has many interesting and fun architectural aspects, and great water views. The hot tub is a real plus, and we had our kayaks and a sailboat on the beach (Lagoon Pond) right in front of the house. It is just across the pond from Vineyard Haven, a quick bike ride away. Kathy and Nancy could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and were very concerned about our comfort and enjoyment while staying at their home. It has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of amenities. Great family get together house!
