STUNNING WATERFRONT VIEW LOCATED IN PRIME BEACH AREA

My husband and I enjoyed a month stay at this wonderful condo which sits directly on the Intracoastal. There are sliding glass doors that span the length of the condo so we had unobstructed views of the water from the master bedroom to the living areas. Throughout the day, whether we were indoors or poolside, we enjoyed the relaxing view of boats quietly gliding there way by. I especially liked the sunsets during dinner and how the houses from across the way slowly lit up along the Intracoastal.
Patricia, the home owner, must enjoy cooking and entertaining. The kitchen had every kind of pot and pan imaginable with enough dishes and glasses to host a large, elegant dinner party. Her BBQ grill was equally impressive, and that’s coming from someone who loves to grill! If you want to try a new recipe, there are plenty of cook books on hand along with a wide variety of other genres to choose from just in case you forget to bring a book. I also suspect Patricia might be a clothes horse. There are closets galore so feel free to over pack, I know I did!
As far as location to the beach and Atlantic Avenue, my husband and I rented a car for 2 out of the 30 days we were there. We learned that a car was unnecessary because the beach actually is a 5 minute walk away and the Avenue is about a 10 -15 minute walk away. There’s also a free trolly bus that runs every 30 minutes at different locations on the Avenue which will take you to the train station if you feel like exploring other towns. It gets better. The trolly bus and the train have bike racks so you can explore those places on your bike!
The condo was clean and spacious with an elegant but very comfortable feel about it. The views were stunning, the beach was within walking distance where you could rent paddle boards, sail boats etc. and Patricia was wonderful to rent from. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo.
