Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features U.S. Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is owner managed by Matt and Elizabeth. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We offer optional concierge services such as Airport assistance, grocery shopping, maid service and cook service; please contact us for more information on how we can accommodate your needs.

We love Cozumel, and Palmar is a first class building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise.

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.

We have just spent 4 weeks in the fabulous condo (4F) and words or pictures cannot describe how we felt when we arrived having immediate access and could begin our vacation instantly. We had pre-arranged grocery shopping so the cupboards and fridge were stocked and all we had to do was sit, relax and enjoy. Matt and Elizabeth have thought of everything and more to make our stay most relaxing and worry free. They are gracious hosts and always available if something was needed. From 10 months ago when we made our reservation they answered all our questions as this was our first visit to the island and their recommendations were very much appreciated. The condo itself is immaculate - clean, beautiful décor, awesome beds (best sleep in years), well maintained and the bbq, laundry and ice maker are great features. BBQing dinner while watching the sunsets is an incredible experience. The wireless internet worked extremely well and the US satellite was great, never missed a football game!! Having the US/Canada phone helped us keep in touch with those back home wishing they were with us. We spent the majority of our time on the 300 sq ft terrace watching the activity below and the cruise ships arriving and departing. We never tired of watching those massive ships maneuver to the docks and could never tire of watching the incredible sunsets that were different every evening. The pool area was very inviting to soak up the rays and the hot tub was "hot" and very relaxing. There were plenty of loungers, chairs, sofas and beds for everyone and it was a great meeting place for the residents. A great place to make new friends. As one of us is handicapped the condo was totally accessible for a wheelchair and limited mobility right down to our hosts putting a chair in the shower making things so much easier. The pool area is also totally accessible. The building staff/security were very friendly and helpful adding to our enjoyable stay. The location is in a great area. Far enough from downtown but close enough for a nice walk. Taxis were readily available and very inexpensive. There are also many restaurants close by that were all very good and snorkeling, scuba, etc. are just across and down the street. There are not enough words to describe the views from the condo that you have from any room. We can honestly say we will return next year, no question. Matt and Elizabeth you have a great accommodation and we thank you for everything.

Fabulous, Wonderful, Great!!

The condo was everything advertised and more. The owners really aim to provide a wonderful need free experience. They answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly before we booked and during our stay. The only thing we had to buy was food and sun screen (actually, I think there was sun screen in the condo) Everything we could expect or need plus more was provided in the condo. They even left us a welcome basket when we arrived. It is definitely one of the best accommodations my husband and I have ever stayed. Clean and comfortable with easy access to beach across the street. A well stocked fair priced convenient store just outside the condo. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. There is snorkeling across the street with lots of fun sea life. The dive operation across the street to the left in the palapa at the beach was fabulous. The owner made sure we had a fun, safe dive experience. I cannot recommend both the condo and the dive shop strongly enough. Solid 5 star stay all the way around.

Gorgeous condo in our favorite building

We absolutely love Cozumel and Palmar for an annual, long girls weekend. This was our first stay in this beautifully-appointed condo and we'd gladly return. The owners and hosts have anticipated all your needs and enhance your stay with upgrades like new linens, a complete kitchen, the grill and welcome package. The weather was horrible while we were there but all the more excuse to stay in with margaritas and lots of catch-up talk. Be sure to visit the terrific restaurants in town and support the local economy. Cozumel is friendly, increasingly foodie and wonderful!

This professionally decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home. The unit offers an open floor plan and has 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Both bedrooms rooms have a king size bed and private bath. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 people, making it a perfect option for a family or several couples. The gourmet kitchen has all American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. There is even an outdoor grill on the terrace. The huge 300 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.

Palmar is located just south of the Cozumel Town Center. It is walking distance to water sport activities, dining and shopping. There are Beach Clubs across the street that offer lounge chairs, food, drink and water sport rentals. There is a great snorkel spot just across the street and there are pick up docks for SCUBA and snorkeling boats too.
