Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features U.S. Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is owner managed by Matt and Elizabeth. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We offer optional concierge services such as Airport assistance, grocery shopping, maid service and cook service; please contact us for more information on how we can accommodate your needs.

An Annual Event

We have now stayed twice in this fabulous condo and love it so much we just booked a third stay for 2016! This place is everything you see in the pictures and has everything you need to have a worry free vacation. The amenities are better than we have at home, all working and if they don't Matt and Elizabeth are right on it to get it corrected. The condo is immaculate, excellent cooking facilities, comfortable beds and the view can't be beat. One can never tire of watching the cruise ships come and go and to end a great day sitting on the terrace watching the beautiful sunsets can't get any better. The condo is perfect for anyone handicapped, very spacious and the showers have lots of room for mobility and a seat is provided if needed. Matt and Elizabeth have thought of everything to insure their guests have a worry free vacation. Satellite and internet were always working. The location of Palmar is a pleasant walk to downtown and an inexpensive cab ride back if you have groceries, etc. Grocery stores have everything to make scrumptious meals in the Condo and having a BBQ on the terrace is exceptional. Restaurants are numerous, close by or by cab and any water related activities are right across the street. The Palmar pool is second to none and is a great meeting place for the residents and guests of the building. The building staff and security staff do a great job to maintain cleanliness and make us safe and secure. Never a worry about safety and walked many evenings without concern. This is a perfect location and we look forward to being there again next year.

We’ve rented numerous vacation places over the internet. Usually the pictures are better than the actual place. Matt and Elizabeth’s condo at Palmar delivered everything that the photos showed and more. Upon arrival from the airport we were so pleased by the overall property cleanliness and size of condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming snacks, wine and cold beer in the fridge. We will be back. Thanks to Matt and Elizabeth for making our vacation awesome.

Awesome Vacation, Stunning Condo and View.

My son and I stayed here for 5 days this November. It is hard to find words to describe this place. It is spotless and so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The condo is huge and could easily accommodate 2-3 couples. Matt and Elizabeth supplied everything you need plus lots of extras. I of course over packed. All you need are your personal items and a few clothes. I loved sitting on the deck every morning sipping my coffee and watching the cruise ships docking. The first morning we walked into town for breakfast and to pick up our car rental. It was a lovely, easy 40 min stroll. I highly recommend this place and hope to return sometime again. I know my son wants to go back to take part in the Fondo and do some more diving.

Fantastic Condo

I enjoyed a wonderful 3 week stay at Elizabeth’s and Matt’s 4th floor spacious condo. My wife and friends who joined me during the stay also thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the condo – it’s extremely well equipped, fully decorated with a high level of maintenance. All the little extras that are not normally provided by owners were there as well as a very nice starter package of goodies. Very convenient to local bars and restaurants so you don’t have to go far to enjoy a drink or meal. We enjoyed some great drinks and hospitality at Ernesto’s and La Hach. With the fully equipped kitchen and also an outdoor grill and large balcony, you can also enjoy eating in. A couple of large food markets are a taxi ride away or a 45 min. walk. The Palmar condo complex is very well maintained and groomed. I loved the pool area. In summary, a great place to stay in Cozumel with great owners/ managers.

WOW - Best vacation yet

This condo is amazing. Every morning, I got to sit out on the huge balcony, drink coffee, and watch the cruise ships dock. The condo its self is very spacious, open and beautiful.

There was coffee and snacks already in the condo so we didn't have to immediately run to the store. We only cooked once, but the kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked. The water is filtered, so no worries there.

Ernesto's is right up the street along with several other restaurants.

The best advice that I can give you is to stop reading about it and book it. This place is that good.

Beautiful condo, beautifulview!

We were stunned by the beautiful, spacious condo and the gorgious view as soon as we opened the door! The condo is spacious, beautiful, nicely equipped and located in a great area. We had arranged in advance for Elizabeth to stock the fridge with cervesa, fixins for margaritas, and the cupboards with breakfast and lunch items. She even purchased a specialty rotisserie chicken and put it in the fridge. I highly recommend her shopping service. Elizabeth knows what guests want. She has a well stocked kitchen and a very full three ring binder full of recommendations for local restaurants and sight seeing. The condo has U.S. Dish Network, a Mexican phone and a U.S. phone. The water coming in to the building is already filtered. You can drink right out of the tap - we did. Best of all, Matt and Elizabeth actually live in the building. Our vacation was quiet. We went diving and snorkeling, we went to the local beach clubs (within walking distance) and enjoyed the best pico de gallo and guacamole at the Papa Hog's beach club. We rented a jeep from Ernesto's, visited Coconuts, and saw many beautiful sunsets. We watched the cruise ships arrive in the morning and depart in the early evening. When they are in port, things are a bit busier but most of the cruisers stay closer to their port. The condo is close enough to the cruise ship pier to enjoy the pretty view but far enough away so that you don't usually rub elbows with the cruise ship patrons. Our goal was to enjoy the real Cozumel and we really did! We can't wait to return!

This professionally decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home. The unit offers an open floor plan and has 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Both bedrooms rooms have a king size bed and private bath. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 people, making it a perfect option for a family or several couples. The gourmet kitchen has all American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. There is even an outdoor grill on the terrace. The huge 300 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.

Palmar is located just south of the Cozumel Town Center. It is walking distance to water sport activities, dining and shopping. There are Beach Clubs across the street that offer lounge chairs, food, drink and water sport rentals. There is a great snorkel spot just across the street and there are pick up docks for SCUBA and snorkeling boats too.
