This one level condo was constructed in 2003. It is located off the Bear Mountain Road and is just steps away from the Sunrise chairlift and is next to the recreation center/health club. The entrance is a large mudroom complete with ski & boot storage. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. The breakfast bar, dining area and living room complete the open floor plan. The living room offers mountain views. The master bedroom suite has a sleigh bed and its own private full bathroom featuring a two person whirlpool tub.
