The house is surrounded by a spectacular mountain view and situated on the Dachstein West ski slopes(winter) and walking, mountain-biking region (summer). This is a new two storey four bedroom wooden house with two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining room.

Situated about 50 Km south of Salzburg, Annaberg lies in the Lammertal valley between Abtenau and Bischofshofen. The house is directly on the Dachstein West ski slopes (with 46 lifts and over 140 km of snow safe slopes). The breathtaking scenery and landscape is also the location for one of Austria's favourite mountain-bike and walking regions.

The house is very well equipped and suitable for families with young childrens. Location is great for Salzburgland and the lakes area. The ski vilage is quite with wonderfull scenery. We enjoyed the place very much and will recommend it.

Schöne Woche im August 2009

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und haben dort eine angenehme Woche beim tollsten Wetter verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine wunderschöne Lage, mit einem wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse auf die Berge und ins Tal. Die Umgebung bietet so Viel!!! Ob Wandern, Schwimmen (Waldbad in Lungötz ist sehr schön), Radfahren, gut Essen gehen und im Winter natürlich Skifahren, man kann sich bei keinem Wetter langweilen. Wir waren mit Baby, Hund und Oma da und alle haben wir uns wohlgefühlt - ist für jeden gut geeignet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gemütlich und fein, ob Winter oder Sommer

Zweimal waren wir jetzt schon hier, einmal im Winter zum Skifahren und nun im Mai. Im Winter kuschlig warm mit Fußbodenheizung und im Sommer draußen auf der Terrasse Sonne pur und wunderbare Aussicht. Auch ein Garten zum spielen und ein Grill sind vorhanden. Ob Skifahren direkt an der Piste oder Wanderungen zu den vielen attraktiven Zielen, der Standort bietet alles, was man sich so wünscht. Und drin fühlt man sich wie zuhaus, alles was man braucht war da, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Direkt an der Piste und doch wie zu Hause

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und nach der sehr langen Anfahrt war der erste Eindruck vom Haus: Hier ist es sehr schön, das wird ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Alles ist perfekt eingerichtet (Geschirr, Raclette, Skiwachs...), sehr sauber, die Spielesammlung komplett (sehr viele Spiele des Jahres ...). Der Kamin, Sofas und der Blick auf die Berge (wer will auch auf den Fernseher) lassen den Tag auf wunderbare Weise ausklingen. Sehr angenehm ist die Fußbodenheizung. Kurzum, das Haus können wir weiterempfehlen, wir werden auch nächsten Winter wieder kommen!

Entspannen auf höchstem Niveau

Wir waren nun zum vierten Mal Gast im Haus 23 und fühlen uns dort richtig wohl. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man für einen Urlaub braucht.Eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer was durch die Bücher und Spielesammlung direkt den Eindruck vermittelt man wäre Zuhause. Bei einem Glas Wein am Kamin sitzend die Berge betrachten, mehr Urlaub braucht man nicht !
Dieses schöne Ferienhaus lässt unserer Meinung nach keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen sicher wieder !
