House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s),makes it a 4 bedro 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-9)

East Hampton Spa House is very uniquely furnished with colorful country furniture. You will feel at home the moment you arrive .The beds are very comfortable with great linens and towels. There are 2 queen beds, 1 King, 1 full and a couch that opens to another full bed. There is a 46in HD Flat screen TV and DVD/VCR in the master bedroom and another 40in HD Flat screen/DVD downstairs in the bedroom with the queen bed. Perfect for Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years! with a fully equipped kitchen. An added feature is the reverse osmosis water filter system in the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking with a separate spout, so no need to buy bottled water.

There are 3 other TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The property is fenced in and landscaped. with lots of trees. There are hardwood floors throughout. The house was newly renovated with a new Sauna, steam room, very large screened in porch with jacuzzi lounge chairs and tables for dining outside.

4 miles to the Ocean beaches and 1 mile to the bay. The village of East Hampton is also 4 mile away. 4 1/2 miles to the Village of Amagansett. Take a 15 minute ride to beautiful Montauk! The house is in a perfect location, close to all the shops, restaurants, movie theatre and Hot Spots like Stephentalkhouse in Amagansett. I have many people who come back year after year!

Why the Owner Chose East Hampton: I chose East Hampton because it is very gorgeous all year round, The air is delicious and it is a healthy place to live, but close to the city. The restaurants and shops are great, very high end. You can enjoy nature and beauty in a safe and very unique place. It is the Hollywood of the East Coast. Just last weekend my daughter was swimming in the ocean with Jack Nicholson.Everyone that rents my house has a great time and leaves me great thank you notes. I have many return renters I stock the house with spa products from the body shop , You feel like you are a a high end spa.

The Unique Benefits of this House: I always wanted a sauna and now I have my own It is very relaxing and healthy. I go from the Jacuzzi to the sauna and then the steam room. It is a real healthy retreat a great place to relax and have family together. The house is equipped with everything you need. Beach Chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, even bikes I have 4 bikes that you can use.

Friends' weekend

The house was great! We were 8 guys in our 30s, and spent most of our time in the hot tub and sauna when we weren't out fishing. Bonnie was incredibly helpful when we arrived, gave us a tour of the place, then left us alone for the remainder of the time. Although the house seemed more focused on the female guests, (perfume on all the dressers, moisture gloves, good bath products anywhere) it wasn't over the top for us guys. It seems like the perfect place for a bachelorette party or bridal shower, as it's very relaxing.

The house was very quiet for sleeping. The kitchen was great, we cooked dinner and breakfast for all of us there. The downstairs , sauna,and steam shower room is amazing, the amazing!

All told, we all had an absolute blast and I would recommend it to anyone. When my friends arrived they called me and said "Wait, you mean the really nice one behind the gates? Sweet!"

Some tips on the area: most things are about a 5-10 minute drive away, so you'll want to have cars that will fit everyone in your party. We did most of our shopping for supplies in Amagansett. Mary's Marvelous there has great sandwiches, and the IGA there is decent for food. There's also a Citarella in East Hampton for gourmet foods.

Bacelorrette Party

We stayed at Bonnie's place for my sister's bachelorette party. The house was great, and the amenities were amazing! We used the hot tub several times, as well as the sauna and steam room. Her kitchen is fully stocked, which was perfect for our party. We had a fire going in the fireplace almost round the clock. It was a perfectly relaxing weekend. Thanks Bonnie! We loved all of the spa treats left out in the house....!

The perfect Hampton's getaway!

The perfect Hampton's getaway!

We had a great time at Bonnie's place. The place was even better than advertised. We arrived late on Friday night (early Saturday morning) and Bonnie was there waiting for us to show us around her beautiful home. The place and setup are perfect for those weekend getaways, especially with friends (there were 8 of us). Make sure to take advantage of the hot tub, steam room, and dry sauna. Next time we're planning a little Hamptons getaway we will definitely consider Bonnie's home first.
