Photos and Description of the Colonia de Sant Jordi vacation house rental

The house is in a quiet residential quarter, only 10 minutes to walk to two different large sandy beaches and to the little harbour. The beaches and as well the house are very suitable either for families with little children or for enterprising people. You can also rent a bike and reach the beach within 5 minutes or can do excursions with a car. You can sit in the garden or choose between a roof-over terrace and a pergola, where is also an outside-chimney. We have two sleeping rooms, every one with two beds and a ceiling-ventilator. In the living room can sleep two additional persons, if necessary. There is one bathroom with toilette, one separate toilette, and outside-shower in the garden. We like animals, and therefore also your pets are welcome. The price is all inclusive (electricity, water, towels and house-cleaning). There is a supermarket and restaurants/bars just in 5 minutes walking-distance.

Colonia San Jordi is a very nice little town with a sport-harbour and good infrastructure. You will find different restaurants and hotels, shopping, doctor, bike- motorbike and car rentals and a cavalry. There is a new promenade all around the village along the rocky coast between the two beach areas. One of the beaches is Es-Trenc, which is well known as the nicest beach of Balearic islands.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir haben uns in der Casa Marietta sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie in der Casa Marietta auf jeden Fall finden.

Hervorzuheben ist die komplette Ausstattung des Hauses, sowie die Möglichkeit der Nutzung zweier Terassen - eine davon mit gemauertem Aussengrill.

Unser Dank gilt auch der freundlichen und persönlichen Betreung vor Ort.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir sind letzte Woche aus unserem Urlaub in der Casa Marietta zurückgekommen und sind sehr glücklich mit dieser Wahl gewesen. Wir waren dort mit unseren Kindern, 2 und 4 Jahre alt, und es war schlichtweg ideal. Ein sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus, besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Badezimmerbereich, außerdem für unseren Kleinen ein vernünftiges Gitterbett mit Matratze. Wirklich super! Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin vor Ort ist klasse. Auch die zur Verfügung stehenden Spielsachen für den Strand haben unseren Kleinen viel Spaß gemacht. Kurz: Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Vielen Dank!
P.S. Wir hatten für ein paar Tage Besuch von einem Erwachsenen, der auf dem Bettsofa geschlafen hat, das ging wirklich überraschend gut und komfortabel.

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus, gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Gäste werden liebvoll von den Vermieter erwartet und betreut. Ruhige und ideale Lage. Strand- und City-Nah (10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar).
Wir haben bereits 2 Mal unseren Urlaub im Casa Marietta und möchten immer wieder kommen. Wir können das Objekt ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Für 4 Personen absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben im Oktober 2007 eine Woche in der Casa Marietta verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder sowie der Beschreibungstext entsprechen genau der Realität, ein Laden ist um die Ecke und der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr nah.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit, großzügig und kinderlieb.
Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, davon 1 Baby. Es wurde uns netterweise auch ein Gitterbettchen zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur ist hier zu erwähnen, dass das Bettchen nicht in die Schlafräume passt, wir haben es jedenfalls nicht hinbekommen, und so war unsere Kleine abends lange wach, da sie eben im Wohnzimmer untergebracht war.
Wenn man kein Baby hat, können durchaus auch 5 oder 6 Leute in der Casa Marietta wohnen, richtig bequem ist es aber zu viert.

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung, wir freuen uns darüber. Dass Ihre Kleine im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste, tut uns allerdings leid. Schade, dass Sie nicht Esther um Hilfe gebeten haben, denn das Babybett wurde schon mehrmals im Schlafzimmer benutzt (auch wir haben es früher gebraucht für das jüngste unserer 3 Kinder). Man muss nur die Betten etwas nach hinten schieben. Jedenfalls werden wir in Zukunft darauf achten, dass das Babybett bereits im Schlafzimmer steht, wenn unsere Gäste es benutzen wollen.

wunderbares Haus mit schönem Garten!

Mein Mann, unsere beiden Kinder (1 und 3) und ich haben unseren Urlaub im Juli / August 2007 in der Casa Marietta verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!
Das Haus ist für vier Leute bestens geeignet und durch die beiden Terassen und den Garten hat man wirklich viel Platz. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer haben wir auch genutzt als wir noch zwei Tage von Verwandten Besuch bekamen, zu sechst geht es auch aber vier ist optimal! Das Haus ist toll mit kleinen Kindern zu bewohnen, da das Grundstück kompett eingezäunt ist und auch sonst alles sehr kinderfreundlich ist.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer sehr nett und persönlich, das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Der nahe Strand ist auch wunderbar, leider zu Fuß ca. eine Viertelstunde entfernt. Mit so kleinen Kindern kann das in der Mittagshitze doch sehr lang sein, zumal es dann natürlich doch länger dauert. Bleibt man allerdings den ganzen Tag am Strand gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Hoffentlich bis bald! Vielen Dank!
