Aside from the bright Caribbean sun and relaxing atmosphere, your vacation will yield lasting memories.
Condo comes with a completely equiped kitchen, washer/dryer combo and high speed internet. Linens & beach towels also provided.

AVAILABILITY & RATES : Availability - Please check the Calendar section of this listing to verify vacancy for your desired dates. The calendar is updated as soon as a new booking is obtained and it's purpose is to help you plan for your vacation.
Rates - Rates are listed in the Rates section of the listing. To obtain your costs for the rental, simply multiply the rate by the amount of nights desired to stay taking into consideration that there's a minimum of 3 night stay. Add a $75 cleaning fee and a one night rental as security deposit. We only provide special or reduced rates to stays over 8 nights.
OCCUPANCY (Max 8) & PETS : Occupancy - Each guest is required to be registered in the security office each time upon arrival. Administration office and security office will have the pre-authorized list for the unit. Even if your party has only 4 people but you expect 4 guests, the guests will need to be pre-authorized to enter prior to their arrival provided that the 2nd parking spot is available to use. There are no visitor's parking spots in the condo. Only 2 assigned spaces per unit. Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy will result in automatic debit of security deposit plus any fees imposed by administration.
Pets - Absolutely NO PETS allowed in the condo.
BOOKINGS - Bookings accepted until 48 hrs from your arrival date due to documents required by the administration office.
