The fascinating world with privileged view awaits you on this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with superb ocean view. It is located in the only building within the complex with direct view of the ocean, on the 3rd floor. There's no other comparison to this condo.

Your great vacation and memories start here on this premier condo rental. This greatly maintained complex has 24-hr security and gated entrance and it includes 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the building. The development has three pools (1 children's pool), a tennis court, a basketball court, Jacuzzi, walking tracks, and an exercise room, playground and clubhouse. Aside from the bright Caribbean sun and relaxing atmosphere, your vacation will yield lasting memories.

Condo comes with a completely equiped kitchen, washer/dryer combo and high speed internet. Linens & beach towels also provided.

AVAILABILITY & RATES : Availability - Please check the Calendar section of this listing to verify vacancy for your desired dates. The calendar is updated as soon as a new booking is obtained and it's purpose is to help you plan for your vacation.

Rates - Rates are listed in the Rates section of the listing. To obtain your costs for the rental, simply multiply the rate by the amount of nights desired to stay taking into consideration that there's a minimum of 3 night stay. Add a $75 cleaning fee and a one night rental as security deposit. We only provide special or reduced rates to stays over 8 nights.

OCCUPANCY (Max 8) & PETS : Occupancy - Each guest is required to be registered in the security office each time upon arrival. Administration office and security office will have the pre-authorized list for the unit. Even if your party has only 4 people but you expect 4 guests, the guests will need to be pre-authorized to enter prior to their arrival provided that the 2nd parking spot is available to use. There are no visitor's parking spots in the condo. Only 2 assigned spaces per unit. Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy will result in automatic debit of security deposit plus any fees imposed by administration.

Pets - Absolutely NO PETS allowed in the condo.

BOOKINGS - Bookings accepted until 48 hrs from your arrival date due to documents required by the administration office.

Fantastic!

We found everything to be as described but they left out one very important piece of information...you can't describe just how functional, clean, and accessible everything in and on the condo complex are. This was a great place to stay, central to most of the water activities and only a half hour by car to the airport.

You wont be dissappointed and the views of the sunrise above Palominos and Puerto Chico from the balcony are amazing. A must return trip.

Thank you for letting my family stay here. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Watching the boats leave to the islands was nice to see every morning.

Our stay was so much fun. From going to visit family to seeing Old San Juan. El Yunque was awesome and the beaches were beautiful.

Definitely going to come back again.

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay at the condo.

The view from the living room is spectacular!. We very much enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool was a favorite with my kids.

It's a very secure community & everyone was more than pleasant. We will definitely recommend t our friend & family and keep this spot at the top of our list! :-)

Just a tip - plan your days and make reservations upon arrival (we didn't) so you can enjoy the beauty of the island and all the fun it has to offer.

Wonderful place and would recomment it to family and friends. Everything you could possibly need on a vacation and some!. View is beautiful, people so very friendly. Our family truly enjoyed your condo, it felt so comfortable. Hope to come back and stay again but for a longer time.
