This 4th floor upscale 3BR/3BA condominium has two beautiful pools and waterfront views. Features King suite, Queen Suite and twin guest room. Includes flat screen TV's, Cable, wireless internet, all appliances, bed linens and towels, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Great room area off of open kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining room for six. Enjoy outdoor dining and cocktails at sunset on the screened lanai. Just 2 blocks to Vanderbilt Beach (Gulf of Mexico) the Regatta condominium features a secure gated entrance, covered parking, two pools, hot tub, fitness rooms, outdoor grills, gazebos, marina with boatslips. Just outside the entry gate are great bike and walking paths, tennis courts, public library and shopping plaza. The new Mercato development is just down the street and features upscale shopping, dining, movie theatre, and night clubs with entertainment. Located 30 minutes from the airport this property is convenient to all that Naples has to offer - beaches, golf courses, downtown district, art galleries, philharmonic, shopping, dining, fishing and much more.

This property is just minutes to Interstate 75 and strategically located for easy daytrips to Marco Island, Sanibel, Miami, Fort Lauderdale or take the Key West Express for a quick visit to the Florida Keys. For the kids, we are located near waterparks, miniature golf, family fun park, zoo, pirate cruise, boat rentals. Near Lovers Key State Park for shelling, kayaking, wilderness activities and for watching beautiful sunsets.

About The Owner

We have been visiting southwest Florida since 2004, when we purchased a condo on Fort Myers Beach. After getting to know the area for seven years, we decided to purchase a condo closer to the Naples area. We found this unit last summer and purchased in October of 2010 unfurnished. We replaced all the bedroom carpet, painted and decorated all rooms. All of the furnishings in the unit are brand new. We plan on making this condo our retirement home in the future. We currently reside full time in Annapolis, Maryland. I think you will enjoy our Florida getaway. The Naples has so much to offer and this is an awesome location!

Why The Owner chose Vanderbilt Beach

We purchased this condominium because of its proximitiy to everything we enjoy about visiting Florida. Vanderbilt Beach is a clean, well maintained beach and is just a five minute walk from our front door. We also enjoy all the many other beautiful beach options available along the Gulf coast. We are boaters and appreciate the availabilty of boat slip rentals. This condominium is located in an upscale and safe area. We enjoy sunset dining and frequent the Turtle Club and Baleen's both located just around the corner. Everything you might need or want can be found off of US 41 which is just 4 blocks up the road. Naples is located in southwest Florida where temperatures tend to be warmer in the winter time than some of the more northern beach locations. This is our vacation getaway that is a quick 30 minute drive from the airport.

Our condominium is very family friendly. There is age diversity in our community, so everyone feels welcome. Our unit has 10ft ceilings and gives you a feeling of comfort,openness, and tranquility. The dining options and entertainment available in Naples are endless. We are completely relaxed when we visit our Florida home and know that you will feel the same.
