Spring Break at Sunset Beach on Ambergris Caye, Belize

We just returned from a lovely week in Belize. Our accommodations were the best! We stayed at Sunset Beach Condominiums on Ambergris. When we arrived the taxi driver, Sunset Beach sent for us was waiting at the San Pedro Airport, even though our flight was 2 hours earlier than planned! He stopped at a grocery and a fruit stand for us on the way to the condo. Our golf cart was waiting at the condo for us, arranged by the concierge of Sunset Beach. Prior to our departure, we were given a list restaurants, sights to see and entertainment in the area. Our unit was perfect in every way. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a fully updated kitchen, large living space and dining. The best part was the huge balcony with breakfast/game table and hammock! The property is very well kept. The caretaker is busy every morning cleaning the pool, raking the beach, etc. He is also very helpful with questions about the area. We made friends with many of the guests. Immediately behind Sunset Beach, is the tour company that handles snorkeling, diving and trips to the mainland. We signed up for snorkel trip and were not disappointed. Everything is so convenient there. We can hardly wait to go back!
