Our home is the best of both worlds…a wonderful place to relax and gather with family and friends in privacy while also enjoying the proximity & amenities of being located in the Solitude Village.
Our custom home was designed and built for our personal use and was our primary residence from February 2002 through January 2010. We moved in and immediately opened our house to 15 family members and friends for the 2002 Winter Olympics. It is a large, but extremely warm and comfortable home that is ideal for one or more families. Kitchen – This gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked to handle parties of 18 for any meal. Bar seating for four will keep a few cooks out of the kitchen while still enjoying the conversation. Viking appliances, dual sink, vegetable sink in island, dishwasher, 6 burner stove, griddle, dual ovens, microwave, and pantry. The kitchen opens directly into the dining area and TV area of the great room. Great room – Gas fireplace, TV, CD / DVD Player, iPod dock, DVR, surround sound. Enjoy the ski resort views or the company or both at the same time. Dining – The dining area can be easily setup to accommodate your whole group at one large table.
Family room – Apres ski at it’s finest. Almost 1000’ square feet of space to share stories about yard sales and chest deep powder while hanging out and enjoying the pool table, Pop a Shot, TV, iPod, DVD player and the bar. Large wet bar with Viking appliances including wine cooler, beverage center, ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. This room also has great views of the ski resort out the sliders. Office - office equipped with all in one printer/scanner/copier/fax, and free wireless access.
Master Bedroom #1 / Bath – The master bedroom is set up so that a family of four can stay comfortably with one king bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The master has stunning views, gas fireplace, oversized walk in closet, washing machine, dryer, jetted tub, shower with dual shower heads, his / her sinks, TV, DVD player, and a private deck. Bedroom #2 / Bath – Wake up to good ski resort views through the sliding glass doors. Two queen beds and private bathroom. Bedroom #3 - Bunk Room / Bath – Setup with two twin over full bunk beds this room is ideal for the kids or teens in your large party and provides enough sleeping for up to six people. Bedroom #4 / Bath – Located below the downstairs family room, this cozy room has a king bed, gas fireplace, bathroom, TV, and DVD player.
