One of the unique benefits about this house is that you can be on campus, downtown or midtown in less than 2 minutes by car. Everything just seems to be at your fingertips at all times and thats hard to beat. If you feel like walking to the quad or the game, you can do that too. Owner supplies a Tide Pride parking pass too. Access to convenient stores and pharmacy are on the way between residence and campus. House has all the amenities one needs. Back deck with grill, fenced in backyard,hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, laptop with wi-fi and plenty of space for heads to rest.

Perfect Game Weekend Home!

Stayed at this home tucked away in a charming Tuscaloosa neighborhood a mile from the stadium for the Florida game last year with my family and friends. Home has spacies rooms, an amazing master bed/bath, and perfect shaded deck. Would highly suggest you rent this home and we will be re-booking this home for at least one home game this upcoming weekend. Cheers!

I had to opportunity to stay at this house for the Penn state game and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. From the beds to the entertainment this was an amazing weekend spent with old friends. When you add in the parking pass and how close to the stadium you are, it is a no brainer. The owner leaves nothing out of this package. Just hope I can snag this place up again before it's too late.

Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a football weekend, graduation weekend, or any other weekend with friends. I spent 3 nights here for the Penn State weekend last year and I can assure you this was a far more affordable and relaxing place to stay. The owner was extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with; the house lacked nothing. Just a few reasons I’ll be back; renovated bathrooms, fully furnished bedrooms, all in one kitchen, spacious deck w/ grill, media entertainment and to top it off a parking pass right by the stadium. The house is centrally located between Campus, McFarland Blvd, and 15th street so you’ll have no problem getting to great restaurants, bars, or retail stores. Spend your weekend here and you won’t regret it.
