House - 5 BR, 4.5 BA,loft Sleeps 16

Oceanside: (3K, 2S, 2PYR, daybed w/trundle) Located in Spindrift a private gated community on an extra large beautifully landscaped property on a quiet cul-de-sac only 900 ft to beach access. The great room has a fabulous wall of windows allowing natural light throughout this spacious living area w/42in TV with home theater system. Full kitchen with and breakfast counter seating up to 5, two dining areas with circular dining tables. Screened porch off dining area allowing for additional outdoor dining space. Spiral staircase leading to a loft area above great room with daybed and trundle. 8 TVs and 2 sound systems! Plenty of deck furniture!

The middle level has two King Master Suites with TV/DVD, jetted tubs, separate shower with twin sinks as well as private balconies overlooking the pool. A King bedroom with TV/DVD and a bedroom with 2 twins share a bathroom across the hall. All bathrooms have twin sinks and separate toilet/tub areas allowing more privacy.

1st floor has an extra large bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks.The game room has a full sized fridge and microwave, foosball table and air hockey/pool table combo. An additional seating area for lunch or games and pull out couch in the TV area round out this new addition to the home. Outside the game room is the outdoor shower, beautiful pool and new 9 person hot tub. A swing for 2, over sized picnic table, gas grill and park grill. Work up a sweat on the volley ball or basketball courts.

Four generations of our family enjoy the beach house why not yours? We are not some large corporation with impersonal workers who view you as just another tourist or booking. We are a family who had a dream so we bought some property in OBX. We deal with other small to midsized firms as much as possible so that we can retain that personal touch and our guests truly feel that they are guests when they come for a visit to our home. We offer a military discount because, as proud Americans, we are thankful for their service and mindful of their sacrifice. Come spend a week at our home and you’ll have memories for a lifetime!

We are located in a private gated community where all of the homes are on an acre of land. Our house has a heated pool, a hot tub, fireplace, basketball, volleyball, massive gameroom, 8 TVs. just a short walk to the beach. Our home is where you can make memories that will last a lifetime.

What makes this house unique

Great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are less than a 5 minute drive and the wild horses are just 7 miles north of us. We have a hot tub, a heated pool, sand volleyball, basketball court, gameroom 8 TVs, screened in porch, lots of deck space, propane grill and a massive picnic table
