Our condo features room for 8 with two master suites that have king size beds, and two more bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. 3 full baths is a nice luxury when you have a large gathering.

I live and work in Auburn, Ca. I am a real estate broker with two children. I LOVE to golf. Not just for the sport of it but for the time spent with my friends and family. I also enjoy listening to music (Dave Matthews Band, John Mellancamp, David Bowie, Santana, Bruce Springsteen, Van Morrison and on and on), barbequing, playing poker. I also love real estate. Graeagle is such a great area it was hard not to purchase a property here. I first came up here with a group of 12 guys to golf for 7 days. It was awesome! The weather is amazing, the scenery magnificent and the golf was great. We dined out every other night and ate at all of the fine restaurants the area has to offer. If I could live in my vacation rental property I would.
When staying here in Graegle it is so relaxing. It's pretty quiet. The air is fresh, the mornings are crisp and the evenings are perfect. Sitiing out on the deck enjoying a cold beverage as the sun goes down and visiting with friends is just a great way to spend 3, 4, 5 days or even a week. I know you will enjoy it too.
For two couples and a dog, this place had just about anything you would need. It's clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay.
The part that irritated all of us was the "Must Do" list prior to check-out we received just prior to our departure. None of it was mentioned in the rental contract. And, honestly, there was very little on the list that was offensive..., well maybe washing and drying the sheets was a little much. What was irritating was his fee structure: $15 if you don't start the dishwasher; $35 if you don't wash the sheets; another $15 if you don't dry the sheets, and many others. Since we paid by check and there was no deposit, the owner would have a hard time collecting, but the idea of these outrageous fees made us want to not do any of it.
In the end, we did those things he listed, but only because we thought it was the right thing to do, not because of his ridiculous fines.
Right below the list of fines, he writes in bold letters, "Please leave me some feedback on VRBO when you can." Well, here it is. I suggest you dump your list of fees except possibly the "excessive cleaning fee" which should be inclusive of the other items you list.
This was exactly what our family needed. We were looking for a place to stay for a wedding that was local. The owner spelled everything out exactly and it was easy to follow. Always answered my questions promptly and well. The place is big and spacious. Beautiful deck with Canada geese to watch and barn swallows that live in the eaves of the deck. Nature at its finest with amenities close at hand. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great for golfers, families that would like a quiet getaway. We didn't do any sight seeing as we had a wedding to celebrate but I really liked the vacation book inside the property that was filled out by other occupants that helped us decide where to eat lunch, etc. I would recommend this place to a friend.
This property is a true place of peace & quiet. This was our first VRBO adventure, but it won't be the last visit to this particular home. Four bdrm, three bath & the layout of this home is very roomy & the kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils. Our annual get aways consists of relaxation, watching movies, cooking & shopping. The ONLY issue we had was with the TVs. But, the owner took care of the problem immediately. We had perfect weather, so walks/hikes were wonderful. The shops in Graeagle & Portola are always fun. Each one of us wants to return to this well maintained property with our families.

Our reason for visiting Plumas was the Senior Women's Golf events at Plumas Pines and Graeagle Meadows. This condo met our needs totally and was very accurately described in the listing. Personally I loved having my morning coffee on the deck and enjoying the serenity of the water. The living room furniture was extremely confortable as were the beds (too bad we had such early tee times; we certainly could have easily slept in.) Longboards Restaurant was a short 5 minute drive where we met up with a group of friends for a lovely dinner on their patio.
The listing stated there was only basic satellite TV but we were disappointed that we were unable to get the final day of the Solheim Cup which was on the golf channel (as golfers we consider that very basic). And though there was an ample supply of fans, it took quite a while to cool the condo which had no air conditioning (opening the windows was not an option since they had no screens.)
Overall, we were pleased with the location and amenities and would definitely tell others about this condo. It was very quiet which we all appreciated even though there were other occupants around. The owner would always return phone calls and answer any questions asked.
Great area and great place to stay. Gary, thanks again for the use of your Condo. It works great for us. This is the second year we have stayed and plan to stay again next year.

A very well stocked house with room for all our family. The views from the deck were breath taking. The morning/evening views of the pond were especially epic. Neighbors were so nice. Thanks for making our 2 week vacation so special.
