With one of the most exclusive views of the world: facing the historical Anchieta Island and the sea where dolphins mate. It is a beautiful house, comfortable, with balconies in all rooms, which also overlook the sea. Toninhas Beach, one of the most beautiful ones of Ubatuba, between Praia Grande and Enseada. It is a narrow beach ideal for walks, swimming and surfing, food and drink kiosks are available and you are close to the centre of Ubatuba.

The view from the balconies and from the deck are awesome, you see Anchieta Island and even Ilha Belha and allowing to see especially at the beginning of the summer dolphins mating.

Notes: Children are most welcome, but parents are responsible and must be most careful in the deck area of the pool and in the garden. Elderly people suffer much with the stairs. Smoking in the house is not allowed. The house is not ideal for house pets due to the stairs and the open access to Mata Atlantica
