My first time vacationing in Palm Springs was delightful, largely because the house my friends and I rented was even nicer than we'd expected and we were welcomed personally by the rental agent who also provided Champagne and a Red Velvet Cake!
The property was immaculate and the kitchen had all the utensils one would need and important extras like coffee, oil and vinegar, spices - all the items you want but don't want to buy for a short stay. Everything in the kitchen worked and was easy to use.
It is also quite convenient to the interesting downtown area and close to the airport.
I certainly recommend MB Desert Properties to anyone interested in a Palm Springs experience.

Four of us, plus dog, stayed here for five days. It was just right. The most wonderful thing about it is the way you can open up the main part of the house (living room, kitchen, master bedroom) to the terrace and pool area, so the border between inside and outside just disappears. The pool was lovely, and it's all very private--the view from the terrace is palm trees and mountains. Everything was clean, and the rental agent was super helpful. We all had a good time--dog, too.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Palm Springs--I've stayed here twice already and plan to return as often as possible. The house is very private, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is visually stunning--the photos in the ad do not come close to doing it justice. It has many wonderful features but the most unique is the wide sliding glass door that completely opens up the living room to the pool area, creating one immense indoor--outdoor living space. In addition to the three regular bedrooms there is a large office with huge windows looking out onto the pool area and with its own bathroom, that can be used as an extra bedroom if needed. There are now also blinds on the windows in the master bedroom that look out onto the pool area, so it's even more private. This is also the most dog-friendly place imaginable--it comes furnished with dog beds and even tennis balls if your dog likes to play fetch! The agent and owner are extremely nice and accommodating, and there are no hidden fees whatsoever. With its combination of beauty, location and reasonable rental price this is an unbeatable place to stay!
