Your vacation home is just minutes away from movie theaters, a mall, fitness centers and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, the US Olympic Training Complex, The Broadmoor Hotel, World Arena functions and many more attractions. Other Activities: 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University, 5 minutes from hot air balloon rides.
No pets, no smoking please. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, blender, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, cozy breakfast nook with two bar stools right next to the dining room table that seats 6. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR player.
If additional sleeping facilities are required the fully finished basement may be available for an additional fee that sleeps 4 and is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.
The home was exactly as described. Very clean and organized. Well appointed and comfortable. Our group of five adults had plenty of room. The area was quiet but was conveniently located near a main thoroughfare and interstate access as well as grocery, retail stores, pubs and restaurants. Everything was exactly as the owners said it would be, making our arrival and stay stress free and enjoyable. I will definitely book this property in the future if traveling to this area. Thank you to the property owners for always responding to my emails in a timely manner.
We are very happy that we chose this rental for our stay in Colorado Springs while attending our Grandson's wedding. It truly helped to make our visit with family & new & old friends more special, having such a great place like Craig & Nicolette's lovely townhouse to have as a respite place from all the whirlwind activities! They were great to work with, & we really appreciated all the comforts of home that they have provided. Having the garage available for parking was a real added bonus, instead of have to park on the street, especially with the snow & ice at times. All in all, the place is most comfortable, convenient to everything, an excellent value, & I think the quietest place we have ever stayed at. We would recommend the townhouse to anyone looking for lodging in the Springs!
We definitely stay here again on our next visit to Colorado Springs! The accommodations were perfect for our family ( our teenagers appreciated having their own bedrooms!). The location is really perfectly located to shopping and sites. The condo itself was very clean, quiet and peaceful: the perfect getaway! Craig & Nicolette were very nice to work with and helped make our experience one we will never forget! We highly recommend this property to anyone searching for a place to stay in Colorado Springs!
After a successful and enjoyable stay 2 years ago, we booked this property again for the 3rd time without hesitation! The property is immaculate, fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Best of all is the interaction with the owners. They are accessible, friendly, and thorough, which makes the lodging experience easy and hassle free. The property is close to everything, secure, and fairly priced. My highest recommendation and will definitely rent again.
The town home worked out perfectly for our family! Quiet neighborhood and very close to Air Force Academy. Having access to the garage was a real plus! It made our trip to Colorado Springs very enjoyable for Thanksgiving and seeing our cadet. Was a pleasure renting from Nicolette and Craig as they were very easy to work with. We took a family vote and it was unanimous, we'll definitely plan to stay again on one of our next trips to COS! Thanks for the Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!
We stayed three nights at Craig and Nicolette's condo in CS. The property was very clean and worked well for the four of us as our home base. We had a rental car and having the garage parking was very handy. While not necessarily planning to do so, we ended up preparing several meals and having breakfast each day at the condo as it was more relaxing than going out. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and Craig and Nicolette were exceptional to work with. We especially appreciated the prompt email responses and being provided with detailed written instructions concerning our arrival and checking out of the condo.
