Ski paradise in winter season – hiking and climbing in magic nature in spring, summer and autumn. Zinal is surrounded by 5 mountains over 4000m and offers fantastic panorama. During winter the local ski pass gives access to 5 skiing domains of the valley with 220km of skiing slopes ( 70km downhill + 19,5km cross-country in Zinal ) and 45 ski lift installations. Despite of all it's attractions Zinal is not crowded! Numerous hiking tracks and one of Europe’s most breathtaking sceneries attract tourist from all over Europe during the other seasons. The offered studio and apartment are situated next to each other in the flat hotel “Les Erables” including amongst other a heated swimming pool. “Les Erables” is 5 minute walking distance to the village with different shops, bus station and the cable car station. Come and enjoy the unique mountain panorama from the south located balconies of both the apartment and the studio which are new renovated flats with friendly and bright atmosphere.

Zinal, family and sport resort is located at the end of the magic Anniviers valley at 1670 m and surrounded by 5 famous peaks over 4000 m. There is no better place to find peace and to relax in the middle of beautiful untouched nature. Zinal is a village of little chalets made out of ‘arolle’ wood and shingle roof. It is a real paradise for mountain activities such as skiing, hiking and climbing. This region has the highest daily sunshine period in Swizzerland. The beautiful skiing resort is famous for its eternal snow and low waiting periods at the lifts and cable car station even during the high season. There is 70 km long skiing slopes up to 2896 m, ideal for families but as well for free ride snowboarders and powder snow experts. Skiing lessons and childcare facilities are available and the ski pass (213 CHF for 6 days with discounts for families, children, seniors and students) is usable for all 4 different domains of the Anniviers valley and the connecting bus is free of charge.

As weather was great, we made 7 wonderful hikes around Zinal, Grimentz and Chandolin. The mountain world is really impressing, the different alp flowers in full bloom and all the marmots made us absolute ‘Anniviers Valley fans’. Breakfast on the balcony gave us unforgettable moments with its magic view on sun bathed mountain giants and glaciers. As you can see, I’m enthusiastic about our week in Zinal and look already forward for another stay in your flat'

Other Activities: golf in Rhone valley (30 min), 19,5 km track for cross-country skiing, climbing in glaciers and cascade of ice, free flight school and ice skating.
