Unbelievable view from this oversized, corner condo. Xaman-Ha Condominium 7101 is just a 4-minute walk to downtown Playa del Carmen with its many restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment. The ferry, also within walking distance, provides hourly excursions to the island of Cozumel.

The complex pool, with a swim-up bar, is directly adjacent to the beach and the condo. A kiddie pool is perfect for those with small ones. A perfect setting to really enjoy the sea. An on-site spa offers a wide assortment of relaxing activities including pedicures, facials, massage, and more.

Directly across the street is little known archeology site for you to explore.

We have both lived in Minnesota our entire lives and dreamed of living in a warm, tropical climate on a beautiful, white, sand beach. We've traveled all over the Caribbean, but when we arrived in Playa del Carmen, we knew this was it! We absolutely love everything about this area. There is so much to do and yet you can sit quietly by the beach and just soak up the beauty and sun. We hope you enjoy your stay. Tom and Terry

The Owner purchased this condo in 1999

Unit 7101 is a corner unit that faces the NE. In the late afternoon, after you've had your fill of sun, you can sit on the balcony in the cool shade and enjoy the view while drinking your favorite cold beverage. Because it's on the corner, you can enjoy the beach from three sides of the condo. It just never gets old.

We enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the condo, but we love to stroll into town in the evening for dinner. There is something for everyone less than 5 minutes away. Yet, the condo sites in the gated community of Playacar and is quiet, safe, and serene. Just perfect!

Comforts of home with a great ocean view Unit #7101

This condo is the best location of all Xaman-Ha condos.
Steps away from the beach and pool.
It's nice to wake up and see the ocean from the master bedroom.
I enjoy a cup of coffee out on the deck while listening to the waves hit the beach.

The unit is a very comfortable, clean, relaxing, and peaceful place to stay whether you are inside or out on the deck. It's nice to know you can feel comforable just hangin' out in the condo if you can't be outside the whole time you are here.

Now that I have tried another unit in the building, I will only go back if I can stay in #7101. They really take care of their place.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

We've added an all new air-conditioning system that is whisper quiet and quickly cools down each room to the temperature of your liking. We've also added another window in the living room. This now gives us a view on all four sides of the condo! Plus an all new cable TV contract now provides more US channels.
