Beautifully decorated and fully appointed 1 Bedroom condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular Fort Myers Beach. This seventh floor corner unit in Estero Beach and Tennis Club offers breathtaking views of both the Gulf and the Inter-coastal Waterway.

The unit has been totally updated and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation getaway including free wi-fi in the unit! From the balcony you can enjoy gentle ocean breezes, morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Enjoy watching dolphins from the window or the balcony!!!

On the complex grounds enjoy the serenity and beauty of the wildlife sanctuary where numerous species of birds frequent the natural flora and fauna. If you wish to just settle down with a good book and sit by the heated pool there is always that option as well as playing tennis on one of the four clay courts.

Come here once and you will want to come back to the '4C's' (Cleanest, Cutest, Convenient Condo) :)

The King size bed offers Kingsize pillows and comfortable pillowtop that will be a welcome snuggle after a full day of playing in the sun. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets for you to make the 'nest' extra comfortable for your liking.

If you enjoy cooking during your holiday stay, the well equipped kitchen will allow testing of some new culinary delights. If you don't want to cook, there are an assortment of restaurants that are all walking distance, so you can try a different restaurant every night.

If you want the convenience of using your computer anywhere in the condo - you will appreciate the wi-fi that will work even on the balcony. Of course, if you don't want to look at your computer at all - you can just enjoy the wonderful breezes and view from the balcony.

Also, please notice the pictures that Pat, one of the guests at the condo, took of the wildlife on the grounds or on the beach in front of the condo. She took them with her small digital camera which just amazed me - what a photographer! We have to thank her for sharing these!

Why Jana Charvat chose Fort Myers Beach

just loved this condo from the moment I walked into it - between the quaintness and the view I was sold. My goal was to fix it up and share it with people who enjoy the beach and appreciate a condo that reflects TLC. Fort Myers beach just has so much to do and is so beautiful are just two of the reasons that I bought here. The next improvement I am planning to make is to upgrade and enlarge the kitchen. My hope is that this place will hold many nice memories for those who stay here as my guest.

Car: not necessary

From this unit there is no need to have a car. Within walking distance are the Santini shops, restaurants, Holiday Inn Tiki Bar, entertainment, boat rentals, and golf course. Making island exploration easy, just hop on the charming Island Trolley (stop is a few steps away) which will take you all the way to the North end of the island or South to Bonita Springs. A different experience at every stop.

Wonderful Time on the Beach

From the first time I email Jana about the condo until we left, everything was great. The condo was clean, comfortable and Jana has thought of everything. We walked every day along the beach and Estero Blvd. You really don't need a car if you stay on the island. The beach was wonderful and not too crowded. I really liked being on the "quiet end" of the island. Will be returning next year for sure!

Perfect beach condo

Thank you Jana! Our second stay in your comfortable condo had all you need to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and this year we were treated to a full moon which lit up the beach at night. We enjoyed the kitchen with everything we needed...coffee and breakfast on the balcony was nice.
Enjoyed dolphins playing in the surf, lots of birds, sand dollars on the beach and a trip to the Everglade National Park this year as well as enjoyed Red Sox Spring training games! Weather was perfect for us and we look forward to our next year visit. Everything was perfect and just as advertised.

The property was everything promised. It was clean, exceptionally well decorated, beautiful views of the gulf and beach, and very well maintained. The owner takes great pride in the property and provided good customer service. Many nice reastaurants nearby with a shopping area just across the street. I would recommend this property to a friend

Corner view and coffee

The property my wife and I experienced is exactly as seen in the photos depicted. From the fresh brewed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the gulf, a short walk to either pool or shoreline, the convenience of a grocery store just north of the location, to the tiki bar in the vicinity, this place made our one week stay a superb experience. We also took in a 4 hour sail aboard a 43' ketch in the gulf. A return to this condo is a no brainer! Make your plans to de-stress, recharge, laze, burn your bridge to reality that you experience the other 51 weeks of the year, take in the sound of the birds and the sea, and otherwise enjoy life right here, right now! You only live life once, and this is not a dress rehearsal!

Awesome condo on the beach!

Hubby and I spent 10 days at this condo on the beach. It was very clean & comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had all the comforts of home, plus everything we needed for a day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, and even a cooler!

We were on the quiet end of the beach, but many of the shops and restaurants were a short drive away. We also drove down to Naples (35 minute ride) for some shopping and dining, we spent a day at Sanibel Island, and also some time at Bonita Beach.

There were many good restaurants in the area including Nervous Nellie's, Junkanoo's (best pizza on the beach) and Reese's.

We had perfect weather the entire time!
