This condo has an excellent location near downtown, riverfront, NE neighborhood stores and restaurants. The condo is clean, comfortable and well furnished. It was perfect for two sleeping in the two beds offering privacy for both. The guest information and maps were extremely helpful. Kelly was in touch and super organized. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this was a pleasant and well-stocked surprise. The only caution....steps may not be suitable for a person with mobility issues, but that is all!

Wonderful place to stay

Two of us spent a week at this property, and the experience was better than my expectations. The condo was easy to access, tastefully decorated, and represented accurately in the owners description. One of the best comments I could make is that everything went smoothly and we had no need to contact the owners for assistance or to remedy any issues, but they were easily accessible and checked in with us several times to ensure all was ok. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and furnishings and bedding were very comfortable. We also took advantage of the great list of neighborhood restaurants left by Kelly and Tom. We thank them for sharing their home, and would definitely recommend this rental.

I travel around the country on business and use this service to find places to stay for extended trips. I have been to many, and this ranks as one of the best. Certainly in Minneapolis for business or pleasure one could not find a better place to stay. Easy parking, great beds with great sheets and pillows, lovely and well-stocked kitchen, and a feeling of home away from home. Also the info packet left by the owners was completely thorough from groceries to restaurants to tourist destinations to public transport.

Great alternative to downtown hotels

Highly recommend! This condo is comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet, well-appointed, and a wonderful alternative to staying in a downtown hotel. The location is outstanding and convenient to coffee, great restaurants, downtown, grocery/liquor mart, etc. Kelly was really helpful and the binder of recommendations was fun - thanks! Yes, be prepared for the stairs, but that issue is discussed adequately in the description. Would definitely stay again and have even checked the calendar already!

Fabulous condo in Great Neighborhood

Three us us - adults - recently shared this condo as a home base while in town for a family celebration. The location couldn't have even better as it is located near to downtown and locally trendy restaurants and shops. The condo is just as pictured with comfortable furniture and great fully furnished kitchen. We met the neighbors who are very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We hope this condo is available on our next visit to Mpls! Would absolutely recommend.
