About Steve& Kathy

Our family of five is located in North Carolina and we all love to go to the beach and enjoy our beach home whenever we can.

We view our property as a personal vacation home and didn't buy it for generating rental income. However we would love to share our beautiful home with those who are looking for a nice place to stay at Surfside Beach and who will treat our home with respect and care. Many who stay with us come back to us year after year to enjoy a nice beach experience.

Why Steve& Kathy chose Surfside Beach

This home is in a fantastic location that is close to the beach, near several parks, and close to attractions and restaurants. House has numerous covered porches with rocking chairs that offer nice, relaxing views, and the calming noise from the water fountain across the street. A fantastic place to escape from life and works hectic pace for a week or two.

Golf cart available for use by licensed, insured drivers over age of 25.

End of summer vacation 2012 - Back to school

We loved the location and the house! It was just as descibed in ad. Having the golf cart was great and our son loved the swimming pool in the back yard. Very quiet street with friendly neighbors. House was clean and well maintained. Had all the amenities of home. We found Kathy and Steve to be very responsive when called and very helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, roomy place to stay that is close to the beach and quiet. Just minutes from waterpark and plenty of resturants. We hope to saty agin in the future.

Another great vacation

This was our second time to use Steve & Kathy's home. After last yea I asked the family where they wanted to do vacation this yead and to a person they all said the same place as last year. This year was a great week and as usual the home was great. We are lookinf forward to another visit next year. Steve and Kathy were great as always.They call to check to see if everything was ok. The home and city are a great place to stay for anyone.

Great Vacation Rental

We just finished our week staying here. The property is in a great location, very close walk to the
beach or just a short golf cart ride. The house was perfect. We had 4 families, we all had our own bedrooms and our own bathroom which was great. The house was very clean and neat. The elevator
was great for grandma who has bad knees. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots and pans, and the
pool was great, everything we needed for the beach was also in the shed. Kathy and Steve were
great to work with, any minor issues we had, were addressed and taken care of immediately. I would
recommend this house it was one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. Thank you again Kathy and Steve we had a great time.

I just wanted to say a special "Thank You" to Steve and Kathy for sharing their home with us for our vacation. The vacation home was perfect for our vacation with everything you could ask for. Everything that was described about the home was true. The home was very spacious and with all amenities you would need for a vacation. The use of the golf cart was most helpful with all the chairs, towels, cooler and kids. Location of the home was perfect for going out to eat, shopping and anything you could ever want to do. Last but not least, Steve and Kathy were awesome to work with and hope we get to vacation there again.

Perfect home for family vacation!

We had our family meet us at this home from all over the country (NV, NY, PA, MD, GA) to help us celebrate our anniversary - and it was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook big meals - and we ate every night on the back deck! All of the adults had their own private bedroom, bathroom, & tv to unwind! The golf cart was a great bonus, the included linens were much nicer than any rental package. We used the pool daily and there were enough pool and beach toys available for our use that we didn't need anything extra. We will definitely return to this property the next time we need a home for a large group of people.
