The condominium complex was built very recently; the lobby and the social area (outdoor pools, gym, sauna and party room) are top notch. There is 24/7 security and an indoor garage.
Your apartment has been professionally designed to give you an 'at home' feeling. It offers a high level of comfort in ample living space: 110 m2 (1,200 sq.ft) + a balcony overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms have black-out curtains and private bathrooms. All beds are equipped with fine linens and new mattresses. Your laundry includes: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Three (3) bedrooms will allow you to comfortably sleep 5 adults + 1 teenager: 1 king bed in the master + 1 queen or 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom + 1 single in the junior bedroom. We can also provide an optional air mattress or a baby crib (to be reserved at least 24h prior to check-in).
Bathrooms: 2.5 (note: the junior bathroom has no hot water)
Feel free to invite friends over and cook for them! The kitchen is fully equipped for a nice hosting experience: micro-wave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, cookware and fine cutlery & dinnerware for 6 guests.

- The phone in the apartment allows you to place free local calls and long distance calls with a pre-paid card. We can also lend you a local cell phone if you contact us in advance.
- There is air conditioning in the whole apartment except in the junior room. However, there is a fan and it receives the cool air from the living room. We proudly offer a NON-SMOKING environment.
We will strive to make your stay a pleasant one. As such, we will always be pleased to help you organize your airport transfers, days trips, ferry reservations to the Pearl Islands etc.
IMPORTANT: this listing links to many apartments that we own in the same building between the 10th and 23rd floors. All units are of the same size and have the same lay-out, similar furnishings (*) and direct ocean views. They only differ in their decoration. We cannot guarantee that you will be staying in a specific unit.
(*) The only substantial difference is that some units have a queen size bed in the second bedroom and others have 2 single beds or a double. If this point is important to you, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
The Junior bedroom is more adapted to a child or a young adult. No direct A/C, but receives cool air from the living room and has a fan. It has a bathroom but no hot water.
