One bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps four

One bedroom, one bath, one living room apartment in small fourplex just 3 miles from Zilker Park and minutes to downtown, South Congress, Whole Foods and the University of Texas. Very convenient close-in location off Bee Caves Road halfway between Mopac (Loop 1) and 360. Park outside front door.Two other apts next door can be rented too! Great for friends & family gatherings. Walk to Texas Honey Ham, Blue Dahlia Bistro, Hai Kai, Barton Springs Nursery, Breed's, Sanctuary, Izzy & Ash Kids, Embellish Nails, Yoga Vida. Less than 1 mile to My Fit Foods, La Paloma, Chipolte Grill, Jason's Deli, Chinatown, Starbucks, India Palace, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Steinmart, HEB, Randall's, Walgreen's, Westbank LIbrary and more. Front door parking for lots of cars. Big, parklike backyard on greenbelt. Tourist recommendations upon request from owner, a former Director of Tourism for the Austin Convention & Visitor Bureau.

ACL rate includes drop off and pick up at Vale St. drop off location two blocks from the gate. (One drop off & pick up per day.)

Formula One rate includes drop off & pick up at downtown race shuttle location. (Transportation is to the shuttle location only and not to the actual racetrack site in Del Valle.)

Charming Comfort and Perfect Getaway!

This rental is awesome and worked out wonderfully for our stay in Austin during ACL weekend. Gloria is very helpful and accommodating and goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable since we were not familiar with the area. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot to offer. I recommend this rental for any length of stay and wish we could've stayed longer!
Owner's Response: Thanks Audrey. We enjoyed having you. Come back & stay again. Hope you enjoyed seeing the deer in the backyard. They seem to be there every morning now.

I booked this place for 3 months. I liked it so much I ended up staying over a year. The owners are amazing and extremely accommodating. It is a great location and close to everything. It is a great value in a super part of Austin.

My father and I really enjoyed our stay. It is quiet, clean & close to everything. We enjoyed the feel of staying in the country so close to downtown. We highly recommend this property.
