Featuring natural colors with mountain decor, this four (4) bedroom, three (3) bath townhome has a spacious living room with new warm modern furniture, a dining room (seats ten), modern full-service kitchen and a 2 car garage. Amenities include cable TV in every room, with DVD/VHS player, a gas fireplace, an office area with DSL hook-up and/or wireless, an outdoor patio with barbeque, microwave, coffeemaker, washing machine and dryer, two-car garage, and access to Snowcreek's onsite jacuzzi, *30,000 square foot athletic center and *Ted Robinson designed golf course (*extra fee).

I stayed over New Years with a group of 8 friends and we absolutely loved the place. The condo, itself, is the nicest I've stayed in, and my friends and I have been coming to Mammoth for 10+ years. Beautiful view of the mountain. And the space is much larger than it looks in the photos. Communication with landlord was great. She made herself available via phone and email in the weeks leading up to our stay.

Just a heads up, if you're planning on staying here, you should know that the condo is not located within (reasonable) walking distance of a bus route so plan on at least driving to the athletic center to catch the bus (about a 1 mile drive) or just driving directly to the Village, mountain, etc.

Although the website photos are beautiful, the townhome was much better than we expected. The setting was lovely and the unit itself had a definite "wow" factor.

It's located on the 2nd fairway of the Snowcreek Golf Course, with a magnificent view of the mountains. It's two stories with the master bedroom (with fireplace), queen guest room and laundry room on the ground floor; and the kitchen, living room, and two more guest rooms upstairs. The furnishings were very attractive, tasteful and comfortable.

We loved the large sectional sofa in the living room and the barbeque on the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, we made easy use of it.

All in all it facilitated a lovely late summer weekend in Mammoth. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Town Home

First time visitors to Mammoth and we could not have been more fortunate in choosing this magnificent town home. This unit is configured like a large lodge and our big family (8) had all the room necessary to enjoy the week in comfort.
Conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do with fantastic views, golf course, shopping and restaurants close by.
The owner could not have been more kind and helpful to make our first trip to Mammoth a lasting memory. With gorgeous views of the mountains from this unit, now the kids are begging to come back here again in the winter!
