Come to beautiful Wilson Lake on the TN River and relax. This fully furnished home requires you to bring only your clothes and food. You can relax on the screen porch with ceiling fans or step down a few steps and enjoy grilling and the view from the patio. A few steps away and you are on the dock, or the upper deck, ready to swim, fish, boat or just relax . This property is located in a perfect and convenient location with a grocery store, drug store, bank, dollar store, hardware store, liquor store, 2 restaurants and a gas station, all within 2 miles. There are also storage buildings available 1 mile away. About 4 miles and you are at the beautiful Robert Trent Jones Golf course. This house is very clean and attended to. I live next door so I am available 24/7 for any questions or needs. This house is FULLY furnished with all sorts of amenities to make your vacation easy, laid back and fun.I will do my best to make your stay a comfortable and memorable vacation. The Unique Benefits of this House: I am a very water oriented person. Living right on the water is by far the best therapy one could ever want. I want clients to enjoy all the water activities that go with living on the water. I do all the maintenance and enjoy cooking outside and at anytime I might show up at the rental house with a sampler of things I decided to cook. I am constantly adding amenities and welcome requests from clients to make this house more enjoyable, and there have been some great suggestions that I have followed through with to complete their requests. The newest addition in sept. is the house now has flat screen TV's in all the rooms..

Why the Owner Chose Muscle Shoals: The main reason I bought this rental property was because I live next door to the rental house. I have lived in my home for 34 yrs. My rental property is well maintained and I am available for the renters 24/7 if I am needed.

Golf: Robert Trent Golf Course is about 4 mi. from the rental house. They have a great restaurant/bar and the overall facilities are beautiful. The club house overlooks the beautiful TN River, however there is no access to the course by boat.

Perfect Vacation!

Wonderful vacation spot! We had never visited Alabama and this cute, clean, well-maintained, lakeside cottage helped make it one of our best vacations ever. Peaceful and quiet, with a rural setting but close to groceries, restaurants, golf, and historical sites. The owner is a wonderful host and truly interested in you having the best vacation possible. The house has everything you need plus great outdoor space--a screened-in porch, patio, and your own dock for fishing. We stayed a month and in addition to playing golf and seeing the local sites like the Helen Keller Home, Belle Mont Plantation and Ancient Indian Mound; made day trips to Graceland, Shiloh, the James K. Polk home, the Natchez Trace Parkway, and Nashville. We also spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch watching the fishermen catch fish and walking the TVA trails along the river. We hope to return soon!

Awesome time at the lake !

This listing doesn't quite give enough description of the ambiance of the lakehouse "Pier Pressure". The lakehouse is quaint with a porch "with a view". Wow! Fresh flowers in all the rooms, clean throughout the house, all the supplies you could possibly need. Just bring your food. We were cool enough with the fans and the breeze. The pier fishing was fun and all the equipment we needed was right there. The neighbors were friendly but quiet.

This is a local trip for us and a great get away. The rest of our family is trying to get in on my find.

The owner was so kind and it was great chatting with him. Looking forward to our next trip to Pier Pressure.

GREAT LAKE COTTAGE - AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

This cottage is a wonderful, beautiful lake front get-a-way with a great view. The house is super nice, very clean and the pictures do not do it justice. The owner is very accomodating and the house has everything you need! We will be back!!

Owner's Response: I work very hard to keep this lake house up to my standards. The first impression of people when they enter the house is the key. Their response has to match or be above their expectations. It's very simple, present a clean attractive package with all the amenities and people can relax from the point they move in.
These folks, being vrbo members also, were great tenants and had a complete understanding of how the system works. We had great conversations and they were flawless renters.
It's the perfect combination to start with and end a holiday week and I thank them..

Our stay here was simply amazing! The house has everything it needs and more, and the dock was perfect for relaxing, fishing, and boating. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything this week. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our time at the lake house. From the time we arrived until we left, we always felt right at home. Everything a person could need (including the laundry detergent) is included. Bob (the owner) provides a level of hospitality that you just don't find at most rentals. We would be glad to stay here again next time and hope to do so.

Owner's Response: Wonderful, sincere folks. I was intrigued hearing about their lifestyle because they lead a totally different life being from Alaska. They were also able to see the house they were staying in on TLC as it was featured in one of The Learning Channels specials. I hope to get to Alaska some day and visit these fine people. Until then, I would rent to them anytime..
