We've been coming to Naples from Toronto, Canada since I was a child. My parents first purchased a small apartment on Rattlesnake Hammock in South Naples! About 14 years ago they moved to this home. My dad began planting fruit trees. Our juice oranges and starfruit garner rave reviews!! Our family business is the sale of pianos, hence the name - PIANO VILLA. Please note the white grand piano in the picture is no longer in the home. As long time Naples residents, we are well connected and able to look after your every need. This home is spacious, airy and bright. Well situated within walking distance to US 41 in a quiet, safe and gated community.
My friends and I stayed at the Piano Villa last September. It’s located in a gated secure community and surrounding areas are well manicured. The Villa is a well maintained comfortable house with plenty of space. It was spotless and well supplied with all the amenities you need. There is also a washer/dryer which is very convenient. The rooms are generous, especially the master with ensuite and the carpets were freshly cleaned which was a nice touch. The cool travertine floors were a welcome relief from the heat and they really add an element of elegance to the home. There is high speed internet, a big screen HD TV and DVD player. The dual air conditioner was definitely a bonus as it was quite hot. The pool is located steps away and was always quiet whenever we were there, which was basically every day. I absolutely loved the lanai, which is equipped with a large Bbq, patio table and a porch swing, - my favourite place to sit and watch the birds or an afternoon storm. The homeowner was very helpful and caring, answering my questions about her home and location and seemed genuinely concerned for our comfort. We were close to restaurants, elite shopping centers and chic 5th avenue and had numerous options to entertain ourselves. We spent a day exploring the Everglades, only a 45 minute drive from Naples, and had lunch at a very unique and historic restaurant called the Rod and Gun Club. The Piano Villa is a great place to stay, close to everything, yet private and quiet. We hope to go back soon. I would definitely recommend it.
My stay at the Piano Villa in May 2014 was one of the most relaxing and exciting times for me. It was my first time visiting Naples in Florida and I simply loved it! The house was only a 25 minute drive from the airport in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Our room was specious, clean, and cool. My morning swim in the pool and my breakfast in the lanai was my favorite! We found our way around the house and kitchen very easily. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. Huge and clean BBQ made our dinners more delicious. We enjoyed our short and frequent shopping trips to Walmart, Whole Foods, Mercato, and Trader Joe’s. We found the best bargain at the Miromar Factory Outlets which is a short drive from the Piano Villa. We had many great walks at the nearby beach and watched the magnificent sunsets.
The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend this house to all my friends.
I wish I could put into words how wonderful it was staying in your Piano Villa! My family and I were blown away at the beauty and comfort of this wonderful home. It felt like a home away from home. Having access to everything we have in our own home and being so close to a pool really met all our needs. It was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed! If I could I would have stayed there forever. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Naples.
I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 weeks with a group of friends. Piano Villa has everything you need and more. We were able to have BBQs and make dinners with the full kitchen. It was extremely convenient and enjoyable having the pool 30 seconds away. This was my home away from home for 2 weeks, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for this memorable vacation.
I stayed here for 3 months when I relocated for my job. The owner was very friendly and very easy to deal with. I really enjoyed my stay here, and there was a lot of space. the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were all proper size and the television room and sofa are very comfy. There are 3 televisions throughout the house. I also loved the lanai! It was very big with a massive stainless steel Weber propane BBQ. The manager of the property was very professional. I couldnt have asked for my experience to be better here. Everyone that I dealt with was lovely. Also, the community pool is about a 20 second walk from the front door. The location of the house was also good for going to Mercato, which is about $10-12 by taxi. To old Naples, is closer to $35 each way. There are a couple of places you can walk to as well such as a couple of restaurants, a bar with live music (jack's bait shop), walgreens. Outside of that you will need a car though. Overall, it was a great experience and the house is very comfortable and maintained. The ensuite bathroom and WIC are massive as well! The house is fully stocked in addition and also has 5 or so beachtowels and some beachchairs. Also very close to Vanderbilt Beach. Lovely stay
When I saw this property on line with the picturess, it looked wonderful. Since I knew the area I made
my reservations and when I saw it it was fantastic, its a beautiful condo - well maintained near everything
i was looking. lots of shopping and great eating places. The owner was wonderful and very
accomodating. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. I booked it again.
