Come stay in our home at Coldwater Springs Golf Club Community.

After a hard day of shopping or sports you can relax in the hot tub and watch the golfers go by. Or you could golf on the Coldwater Springs Golf course yourself.

Enjoy a steak dinner cooked on the gas barbecue and while you are eating you can enjoy the view of the sun setting behind the Estrella Mountains from the peaceful backyard.

For those cold evenings you can enjoy the fire pit in the back yard, roast marshmallows or just cozy up with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet.

There are so many things to do nearby for the sports enthusiasts, NASCAR, University of Phoenix Cardinals Stadium to watch the Cardinals or for baseball's spring training, Jobing/Glendale Arena where the Phoenix Coyotes play, watch the Phoenix Suns and don't forget the Diamondbacks!

For the women there are "so" many shopping opportunities in the Avondale & Phoenix areas.

For the whole family you can enjoy your day swimming, hiking, biking, golfing, the Zoo and many more attractions.

Only 20 minutes to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

Excellent location just off the I-10, between Tolleson & Goodyear.

Arizona has many attractions, which are easily reached in as little as a few minutes to a few hours. You could spend as little as a few days enjoying to many months to really get to know Arizona.

Our Master bedroom has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed, large walk in closet, 3 piece en-suite, large window looking onto the golf course.

Second & third bedrooms both have comfortable pillow top queen size beds, with big closets. We also have a double futon in the den for two people.

Excellent home for you and your family to enjoy.

About The Owner

Hi, we are Phil and Robin from Alberta Canada. Robin works in the banking industry and I work for Corrections Canada.

We love the Avondale area because it is close to everything of interest, shopping, hockey, football, car racing, good restaurants and sight seeing.

Sedona, Yuma & Tucson are just a few hours away to name a few places to visit.

We have a lovely home on a great golf course and I think you will find the same.

Come and enjoy our home as much as we have.

Why The Owner chose Avondale

We chose the Avondale area because it is a quiet and very pretty area with a great view of the Estrella Mountains.

What makes this house unique

The weather is great and the neighbourhood is quiet. We are so close to so many of the sports centres, NASCAR and great shopping.

Our house is close to the I-10 which will give you great access to getting around easily.

Oh so comfy!

This is a beautiful house that has all the comforts of home. I snuggled into the soft couch, crashed in the perfect bed and cooked a meal for 8 in the spacious kitchen. The hot tub was a wonderful treat as well. Every morning I pour a hot cup of coffee and sat outside and watched the grass grow, it is an amazing view.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this property early in October. The property exceeded our expectations in every way, it was exceptionally clean, very well furnished and well located, very close to Phoenix itself. We have no hesitation in recommending it for couples or families. The photos in the vrbo listing provide a pretty good sense of the property.

Wonderfully Relaxing

My wife & I stayed at this property while moving my wife's only son into college in Avondale. This property afforded us the opportunity to have a quiet relaxing place to retreat to thru all the stress of a situation like this. We did have a problem with one of the available features of this property and the owners responded as quickly as they could to rectify the issue, including arranging for a service person to come repair the issue after normal business hours.
The home is very well cared for and we are considering staying here again when we return to this area to visit. We found most everything anyone would need located within a few miles of this property and extremely easy to access. We stayed for 4 nights, eating out for most meals, and never eat at any place more than once. This property is truely situated in an ideal locale.

Great location!

House is warm and inviting! 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. We were able to use the garage for our rental car. Security and location were great! The "rules of the house" book was perfect and made us feel right at thome. Thanks for the restaurant recommendations section.
We didn't golf but watched golfers from our morning in the hottub!
The location is great. Just far enough outside of Pheonix to be part of the action but not so far as to be a bother to leave the house.
This is a house I would recommend and will request the next time we are in the Phoeinx area!

we spent a wonderful winter at this location & it was awesome. a totally comfortable home, nicely decorated, good neighborhood, close shopping. We would definitely stay here again - hopefully we will. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
