Our 1800 square foot town home is located 1/4 mile east of the East Vail exit on Fall Line Drive. It is the ideal base for 2-3 families or couples to use for skiing or summer adventures while staying in Vail. An oversize garage stores your car and adventure gear. Three full bedrooms with king beds are all on top floor. There are two full baths on the top floor and a third full bath on the main living floor. Private hot tub is right outside the sliding door with built in outdoor speakers and views of the East Vail ice climbing scene. We have a 2nd balcony deck with a grill. Our fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of storage. We have a wood burning fireplace, wireless internet, brand new 55' flat screen TV, and in-unit washer and dryer. We are three stops away from Vail Village on the East Vail bus, which runs every 15 minutes during the ski season - making your trip into/out of town fast and easy.

'Falls at Vail' was intended to be a bachelor pad to facilitate maximum days in ski boots every winter for the three of us and our friends! The goal remains the same, however, 10 kids later we're much poorer. That means we have to rent the place to you to save some money for college! The upside is that we've converted the place with a ton of new furniture, new furnishings, new doors and windows, and we've fully stocked the kitchen. And - to keep the place full so that others can stoke their habits, we've priced our place so that you're getting a great deal!
We set our rates to be very cost effective for you hoping that you think it is such a great deal and a good time that you'll come back to stay with us again! We hope you will consider spending some of your time there.
Collectively, we live in Littleton, CO; Fargo ND; and Seattle WA. So far, John has the record # of ski days; when going to grad school in Evanston, IL, (62 days). I managed 42 days in ski boots this past winter (not all in Vail); maybe my best showing in 40 years, but John beat me again this year. 62 is something to strive for - no doubt.

Our families have been going to Vail for many years. We keep coming back because Vail keeps giving us what we love - great skiing, climbing, hiking, and good times with friends and family.
You will enjoy the spacious living area which is a wide open kitchen/ Dining/ Living Room area with a fire place and two decks. Open some wine, turn on some music, and jump into the hot tub to enjoy the mountain views of the East Vail chutes, ice climbing routes, and snow covered trees. The free bus to Vail is fast and convenient. The paved path just down the street accesses locations to the East (Vail Pass, Frisco, Dillon, Breckenridge) and travels through Vail to Minturn, Eagle and other locations to the West). We are near the Vail golf course (winter cross country skiing) and are walking distance (1/2 mi) from the East Vail Market. The Pitkin Creek trail accessing the Gore Range is visible from our dining room window. I highly recommend this hike! Ride your road bike up to Vail Pass and back, or complete the Copper Triangle for a unique challenge! Mountain biking on Vail mountain is as good as it gets. The Minturn Mile (on skis) or by Mountain bike in the summer is equally adventurous.
