UPDATE - SLOPES ARE STILL OPEN WILL BE INDEFINITELY AT LEAST UTIL MID-APRIL DUE TO COLD WEATHER AND LOTS OF SNOW AT THE PEAK (3/23/13)
This has been one of the top Highlands II rentals at the luxurious Peek n Peak Resort and Spa for the past several years (Gold Star rated by the Resort and featured in it's 2013 brochure as its nicest furnished unit) due to its high end furnishings and decor, which makes it 'feel like home.' Please visit the Peek N Peak website to check out the Resort and its amenities. This is one of very few 4 bedroom Highlands II vacation homes, which has a relatively very large living room area and as a result doesn't feel cramped. Four bedrooms, 5 baths, sleeps 17. This Condo is meant for large groups. It is centrally located between the ski slopes and upper golf course.
First floor: Large flat screen TV in living room, gas fireplace, nice chess/checkerboard table & chairs, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with King bed (sleeps 2+), full bath with shower and separate tub, ands separate bathroom off living room.
Upper floor: Large bedroom equipt with 2 full/double beds, separate bunk bed, and trundle bed (sleeps 7). Loft area has sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). Full bath with double sinks.
Lower level: Walk out basement door. High end Olhausen pool table, game closet, wall-mounted flat screen TV, second living room with gas fireplace, full laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer, 2 bedrooms with full baths and a single separate tub. One bedroom is a master suite with king bed (sleeps 2+) and other has a queen bed (sleeps 2).
All resort amenities are available for our guests for a fee charged by the resort including indoor/outdoor swimming pools/hot tub ($6 children & $12 adults), sauna, fitness center, basketball, spa, putt putt golf course, (2) 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts and more. ASK ABOUT OWNER'S GUEST POOL PASSES (approximately $35/day upcharge for entire party to obtain passes). Lower and upper golf course available to guests for a fee, where the Peek hosted the PGA Nationwide tournament for 6 consecutive years.
DISCOUNTED RATES are available ONLY when reservations are FIRST confirmed through the VRBO Owner and THEN booked by renter through the Resort front desk. Check-in and credit card deposit/payment will then be handled by the Peek N Peak Resort front desk (after the VRBO owner calls the Resort front desk to tell them the rate to charge renter). Cancellation and damages deposit will be in accordance with current Peek N Peak Resort policy (first night rental deposit required). Sales tax (7.5%) and occupancy tax (5.0%) will be charged by the Resort. Cancellation allowed up to 14 days before rental ($30 service fee applies).
2 night stay minimum. Single night rental may be allowed on a case by case basis within approximately 1 week of rental opening, but then $100 cleaning charge would apply.
Normal check-in/check-out is between 3:00 - 5:00 PM and by 11:00 AM, respectively. Early check-in (12:00 PM) and late check-out (1:00 PM) is possible if nobody is renting before or after your stay. This must be coordinated by renter with the check-in desk just before you arrive.
