Where Old Florida Meets Modern Luxury: You'll feel as though you're in a completely secluded oasis when you stay at this house. In reality, we are within one block of the New River and several blocks from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, beaches, nightclubs and restaurants. It is within walking distance of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Riverwalk, Art Museum and many other cultural activities. The gated property features four unique, Key West-style structures, each separated by tropical gardens with a central heated swimming pool.

The 'Mango House' is situated under two old mature mango trees and surrounded by many tropical plants and flowers. You'll even find a fish pond out front. This huge 2- bedroom house has a sleeper sofa, lots of open space with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, stone fireplace and lots of windows. There is an expansive deck area with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

A taste of Key West in Fort Lauderdale: : The gated property features four unique, Key West-style structures, each separated by tropical gardens with a central heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. This extraordinary property has been completely renovated/restored to become a first class, luxurious retreat. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are semi-private and are also used by several other units on the same property. Parking is secure and gated. You will have access in and out as you wish. We accept all major credit cards.

Tropical paradise in Ft. Lauderdale!

We just returned home from an amazing 4 day / 3 night stay at the Mango House, and it was all we could have hoped for!

The property is tucked away, and very unassuming from the entrance. Once you enter the property it's like you have been transported to a tropical oasis somewhere in Hawaii or the Caribbean Islands! The landscape is plush and colorful, the pool is nice and heated, and a the Jacuzzi kicks in for late-evening enjoyment.

We stayed in the main house (Mango House), and it slept 2 couples very comfortably, with plenty of room to stretch out and hang out in the main part of the house, while being able to close the door and have privacy in the bedroom areas. The house had a private deck with seating and lounge chairs, our own gas grill, outdoor shower and all other amenities we could have needed.

John, the property manager, is a joy to deal with and took amazing care of us while we were there. We had plans to leave and hit the beach, mall, etc. while we were there, but we never left the property, it was that good!

If you are looking for a short-term rental and want to relax in style, this is the place for you, and if you're lucky enough to stay here for a extended period of time, then we envy you! Thanks again for an amazing weekend!

This place, the Mango House, was perfect. Stayed here with eight members from my sports league for a tournament in Ft Lauderdale. It (as well as Bamboo Lofts which we occupied) was awesome. It is very clean with comfy furnishings. And the pool and hot tub were just what myself and teammates needed after long days of ball games. The barbecue grill was also great for our small team gathering. Nice and secluded, this place is truly a hidden gem. Thanks to Keith and his staff for working with us. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I including two kids 20+ and our dog had a great stay. The properity is great, clean, well maintained and staff always looking to help in any way. A car is a recommended and all amenities are with 1-5 miles. The owners description is very accurate regarding everthing to do with this location. i would recomend this property to people looking for a little peace and quiet but still just a short ride from a lot of action.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
