Villa Margarita is located within the gated community of Red Rock in Estate Peterborg; on the Peterborg peninsula, situated on almost an acre of ocean front property, providing privacy and seclusion just minutes away from the world famous and beautiful Magen's Bay Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from your private 10' x 20' salt water pool and sundeck, the great room pavilion, and every other room in the Villa. The living and dining room areas are surrounded by glass where you can open the doors and invite the ocean sounds in to join you.

Living & Dining: With its striking and unique pavilion style architecture, Villa Maragrita focuses living and dining into one area, and affords the quiet and privacy desired for resting and sleeping in another. The villa has terra cotta tiles throughout, wicker furniture, select hand-carved teak furniture and Caribbean colors all tastefully blended together for the true flavor of the Caribbean. The cooling trade winds and ceiling fans throughout keep the Villa comfortable and pleasant. Air conditioning is rarely ever needed.

The kitchen has every amenity you'll need, including a view out to the sea through the pass-through bar. Speaking of kitchens, you'll enjoy the fully equipped kitchen offering everything you'll need to create fabulous vacation meals.

Dine inside by candlelight or alfresco under the ancient 'mampoo' tree amongst the beautiful and lush tropical landscaping of wild orchids, bougainvillea, aloe and frangipani.

Sleeping Accomodations: The three bedroom suites are located in west pavilion offering retreats of complete privacy; a king, a queen, and two twins (convertible to a king). Each suite has it's own incredible view of the ocean through over-sized patio doors. Uniquely different themes blend the allure of the tropics with the comforts of home. The king and queen have their own bath while the twin room can access the half bath thru the kitchen or share the queen bath through a separate entrance. There's also an outdoor shower. I went to St. Thomas with two of my boys, the photos from website do not do the place justice. Everyone morning we would drink coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and some of the other islands. The house is very comfortable and easily accomdated 3 adult males. We loved the salt water pool and literally spent a huge chunk of our vacation just enjoy ourselves and the sights from the villa.

The house is a bit secluded, so you have to drive to everything you want to do. Magens Bay is about a 5 minute drive and very beautiful and if took about 20 mintues to get to Charlottes Amalie. After the first day of driving on the opposite side of the road I was comfortable, but it does take a bit of time.

I would definitely recommend renting this villa, we had a great time and plan on visiting again.

We had the priviledge of one wonderful week at the Villa thru Christmas. The owners are extremely helpful. The home is well maintained and very clean. The photos are accurate. The privacy of the layout is terrific. The views are breathtaking. The house is supplied with anything you need. We loved St. Thomas and really enjoyed the restaurants. Our favorites were Stone Farmhouse, 13, Northside Bistro and even Coco Blue.

We have rented several different properties in St. Thomas and can honestly say this was our absolute favorite. Villa Margarita is lovely and well maintained. The owners are very helpful and accomodating. There are many wonderful beaches and attractions on the island, but we were happy to spend most of our time relaxing at the villa.We recommend this location for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Heavenly Peace

My family and I mentally prepared ourselves for the villa by reminding each other that the places usually are presented in the best light in the photos, and that it probaly wouldnt be as amazing in person as it was in the pictures. We were WRONG. It was MORE amazing than it was in the pictures, it was MORE beautiful and it was MORE heavenly each and every time we made the long winding trip up (and down) the driveway. We couldnt belive our luck to have found such a beautiful place that was so well equipped. Whenever we were in town or other parts of the island, we just felt so good to come back to such a peaceful place. I was so glad we didn' stay in a more populated area, I was greatful for the beautiful drive and even more beautiful villa. And when I look back at all of the pictures I took of the home and the area around it, I realize that I had it so wrong...the pictures do not do it justice. Jennifer made everything completely effortless in our planning. I so appreciated all of her tips and tricks to enjoying the island. I would love to visit again and wouldnt stay anywhere else on St. Thomas.

Nice house! Awesome view !! Always breeze so no air-conditioning needed. The wi-fi connection is not that great (I think it's just a matter of weak antenna signal). Wild beach is just 10 -15 min walking distance.
