'Sunrise' is a modern two story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a 2 car garage, and a roomy 2,100 sq. ft. floor plan. The home has vaulted ceilings, a tropical theme, and contains all the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay.

The master suite is a true retreat with its own fireplace, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a jetted tub and a beautifully tiled shower. The other bedrooms upstairs are a queen, full, and a smaller bedroom with a twin.

Downstairs there is a private room/den with a full size futon for extra sleeping space. 'Sunrise' also has a living room and family room with a 60 inch 1080i big screen to view movies or TV. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities needed to cook or entertain, and is surrounded by two dining areas, and a wet bar around the corner.

New Years Eve 2012 Disappointment!

I have rented thru VRBO before and was very disappointed with this property and would not recommend this property to friends or relatives. The house was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival: white carpet was dirty, mold in the bathroom, garage had dirt and beer cans. We needed to purchase necessities: toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. Bath towels were found wet in the dryer and needed to be cleaned. The refrigerator was not working properly; needed to use the freezer as the refrigerator. Owners were not very helpful in responding to our concerns: answering machine was full and they did not respond to emails in a timely manner.
