House, 6 Bedrooms + Loft, 5.5 Baths, (Sleeps 16-20)

This lovely home is nestled in a private area of Frisco, directly on the Pamlico Sound. It offers panoramic views and breath-taking sunsets every evening - completely unobscured! It's like your own private island with it's own sandy beach!

Located half way between Buxton and Hatteras... Listen to the surf-report and choose your beach! No waves or surf is too rough? Stay home and enjoy the endless possibilities the sound has to offer!

This is a one-of-a kind property. You may never want to leave!

Saturday to Saturday rental. Most FAQ's are answered here on the site. Please read thoroughly before contacting. Please no in-season requests for the following summer until after Jan. 1st. For other questions, feel free to call or email.

Why Bobbie chose Frisco

We are surfers who have been coming to the OuterBanks for the past 20 years. We always dreamed of owning a piece of the this beautiful place and narrowed our favorite spot to Frisco. Frisco beaches are the least crowded, warmest waters, softest sand, and most pristine and natural. During certain times of the year, Frisco offers some of the best surfing conditions on the East Coast. Equal distance to our home, are the beaches of Buxton. Depending on the wind an swell, these offer some of the best surf conditions. We chose this location for it's privacy and it's proximity to the surf. We love it and know you will too!

What makes this house unique

Mare Vista is one of only three rental properties on this part of the island, making it feel like your own private island. It's a level of quiet you can't really believe it 'til you experience it! We love the soundfront location for it's peacefulness, the wildlife it brings and the experience of watching the sunset over the water each evening. It also has a sandy beach, which is very rare for soundfront properties. We offer use of our kayaks and canoe, snorkel gear, and a wind surfer. It's like no other place on the island!

The best place to stay!!!!!!

This house has everything that you need to have the best vacation ever, the only thing that you have to bring is your food, I will recommend it to family and friends, it is well maintain and very clean. The owners are very friendly and excellent people.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Long Weekend

My group stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend at the end of April 2012. The home is as advertised, if not better (the pictures don't fully do it justice). It is very private and came complete with everything you might need. We had a great time and would recommend this home for large family/group rentals.

Wonderful Home, one of the best vacations we have ever had

This house was wonderful. We loved being on the sound and it was such an easy, quick drive to the ocean. The kids stayed in the water from sun up to sun down. :). The owners were wonderful, Christian people to work with. We are blessed they shared their home with us. What a great time we had. Try it, you won't regret it for a minute. Bobbie, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to come back. God bless.
