Welcome to a little piece of paradise. Very light open plan with great flow and tons of character.Private pool with mature tropical trees & landscaping ensures complete privacy.Outside speakers,great sunbathing areas or try the tiki hut & the retractable awning for a little shade from the full tropical sun. The very private master suite consists of bedroom with queen size bed and 10ft wide french doors which open out onto deck & pool. Flat screen TV/DVD/CD with Bose surround sound,plantation shutters and beautiful stained glass window.Bathroom with large oval jacuzzi tub and large seperate full travertine marble shower. A huge walk in closet plus a small office with desk & flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has french doors leading out onto a terrace, plantation shutters,high ceilings & oak hardwood floors. The 3rd bedroom are up 7 steps to another level. The bedroom has french doors opening up to a balcony which is great for morning coffee and private sunbathing which also overlooks the pool. Pack and play crib is provided if needed.

Upstairs bathroom has (all new 2012) tub/shower, sink & toilet.

The kitchen is open to living room with island,breakfast bar and seating with granite tops & backsplash. There are 10ft wide french doors which open onto the pool & outside dining area. Flat screen TV, glass cook top,skylights.

Living room TV/DVD/CD with Bose surround sound. Dining area has seating for 8. Baby high chair is also provided.

There are so many things to do in the area for everyone of any age.(See map with bubbles to see just a couple of them) Fabulouse Mall, tons of restaurants and take outs, bars, clubs, hard rock casino 20 mins away. Mizner park. theme parks for kids, zoo, park at the end of the street ,beach a stones throw away,pool. Hop on the turnpyke to Miami and the Keys or Orlando. If you like Dancing,latin, ballroom,swing lessons/social we have all the information you need on the best places practically on the door step. ALSO.. Great Zumba, yoga, pilates classes too!! Everything you need is right here in the beautiful downtown Boca Raton

Why Linda chose Boca Raton

Apart from it's brilliant location this house has a lot to offer.Because of the different levels it offers plenty of private spaces so even if you have a large party of people it's easy to sneak away and be quiet. The house has a very serene calming feel, open & airy and a good flow. The outside also has different levels with the 2 level deck and the upstairs balcony above which can offer private sunbathing for anyone wanting that all over tan !! Great for morning coffee and looks onto the pool.

What makes this villa unique

This is a really nice area to live and to vacation. It's very handy for supermarkets, drug store, parks and to have a nice stroll or byke to the beach. We are downtown, there is energy and lots of activity here.

The beautiful pool and the complete privacy of the whole back area of the villa, outside dining on the deck or under the tiki hut, or on or under the balcony allows so many different areas to be quiet if you want a little time to yourself. Relaxing & reading under the shade areas. waking up to see the large tropical trees and the pool are just some of the many benefits of this home.

As well as a fabulouse Mall a stones throw away and many great shops, including our local Lord & Taylor opening very soon, we have some of the best Consignment/dress agencies in the country right here in Boca Raton full of designer clothing, shoes, bags and jewellery also great furniture at a fraction of original price. There is also one of the biggest flea markets in the country with acres of booths only 20 minutes away. Antiquing is also another interesting and fun day out for the savvy shopper. The Boca Raton museum is another must see.I could go on and on about things to do here.

We are having our last night here in Boca Raton at this excellent vacation rental. It has been
A wonderful choice, and all five of us have been very comfortable. Everything was very clean and ready for us. The backyard is absolutely amazing and we spent a lot of time there. There is tons of seating if needed. It is in a great spot and is very close to grocery stores - Publix and it doesn't take long to get to the beach. The furnishings and decor are tasteful and comfortable, especially the beds! The kitchen is great, we did a lot of cooking this week and were able to do everything we wanted to do. Wifi was available. The downstairs apartment was really great, though we didn't use it that much. The main shower worked best, in a bathroom that is unbelievable! We all highly recommend this rental. The owner was been wonderful to work with and replies to inquiries very quickly. Thanks for the incredible week!!

Great Boca House

Our stay at this house was great. Two thumbs way up. It's a lovely well kept classy home in a great Boca location. The pictures show the home exactly as we experienced it. The owner was so friendly and helpful and seemed sincerely interested in making us feel at home. The house and pool area are both very private. It was really a great vacation. We highly recommend this rental.

A Standout Spring Break

This spacious villa was perfect for our family of seven (six adults and one baby.) We really enjoyed the open floor plan of the home, but the best part was the amazing outdoor space! We ate most meals at the large table on the covered patio, overlooking the pool and palapa. Loved the location--close to a wonderful park,tennis courts, the beach, grocery store, and downtown. It was March Madness during our visit and the owner upgraded her cable plan so we could also watch basketball. Linda, thank you for a great vacation, including
sunny weather, in Boca!
