House, 7 Bedrooms + Detached Unit, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 16)

Beautiful 7 bd, 3 ba home available for weekly rental in summer 2012. Single home is in Ocean City, NJ, in desirable North End location. Beautiful Historic home which has been totally renovated. Gourmet kitchen, new baths, hardwood floors, central A/C. Ground floor has 2 bd, 1 full ba with separate entrance, separate kitchen and family room area - great for extended family and in-laws, and for those with limited mobility.

House is located 3 blocks from beach and boardwalk, and 4 blocks from downtown shopping and activities. Easy walk to both.

Ocean City (the NJ version!) is an ideal location for family and kid-friendly vacationing, voted America's Greatest Family Resort.

Also available at rear of property is an adorable 2 bedroom cottage, also recently renovated. Come with family or friends!

We stayed here in August 2011. What a great, quiet location, The home was lovely and immaculate. The owners were so nice and very responsive. The dryer was not working when we arrived, and it was fixed within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
