Dream getaway with the girls before she tied the knot!

We had an AMAZING weekend in Austin!!! This was my first time renting from an owner like this and I am so grateful it was a wonderful experience. Not only was the townhome beautiful, but it has that extra charm that makes you want to come back! The property manager, Michelle, was so kind to us! There were chocolate chip cookies, coffee, all kinds of organic creamers and a congratulations card to my best friend there when we arrived! I was surprised at how much the owners and managers cared that we had that unforgettable experience, we called them several times for advice on places to go and locating all the nifty kitchen appliances left behind by the owner. I never had to leave a message and got an answer immediately from the manager. I will personally be staying here again in the fall of 2012. The townhome was located just close enough to town that we could be anywhere in 5 minutes, but far enough out so that we didn't hear traffic and had a lot of space at home to sit, talk and play some of the board games left there. Oh there were also blu rays, we found how to lose a guy in 10 days, had a great time just being together, there are two couches in the living room one of them folds down, we had 10 girls and each of us slept comfortably, this was totally affordable. I'll never stay in a hotel again, so glad I found this on VRBO!!! THANKS AGAIN for a wonderful visit to Austin! We WILL be back! :)

Perfect for a weekend in Austin!

My husband and I stayed here with two other couples for a wedding weekend and it was just perfect! It is close to everything you want to be close to, it's in a cute neighborhood, and the Master bedroom suite is huge and the bed crazy-comfy! This place was perfect for our group and we would definitely reccomend it! The property manager was extremely kind and easy to work with as well.

The townhome is very neat and the modern decor is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here and had no problems. The photos don't really do justice for the huge bedroom, modern kitchen, and nice bathrooms.

I live in Austin, but need to have a great place for my visiting clients and family. I was so happy to find this fabulous gem, right in the Zilker Park neighborhood - centrally located, and very convenient to down town Austin. I received high marks from my business colleagues for recommending this townhouse - as it is beautifully appointed, a great value, and every time it's been spotless. This rental is one we'll continue to use over and over - I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, Just as Advertised!

Thank you for a wonderful trip to Austin! We have stayed at the finest hotels but, took a chance and tried a Homeaway rental per friends of ours. This was the best experience of comfort and location in a beautiful setting. The manager was very professional and extremely helpful. The location is next to the hottest restaurants in town and 2 minutes from downtown. The property is immaculate and user friendly. The manager/owner has taken extra steps to ensure our comfort and is extremely detail-oriented. We will not stay in any other rental than this one in the future. It was a wonderful and lovely experience. Thank you again!
