Best value in Ft. Myers Beach

This is the second time we have rented from this owner. This property has everything you could need -- modern, clean, top of the line appliances, all sorts of utensils/spices, large flat screen tv, beach towels/chairs/cooler. Comfortable couches, nice size dining table, screened in porch with grill. The list goes on. Two minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Town Square, within walking distance to lots of restaraunts/bars and shops. Check out the Farmers Market on Fridays. No need for a car - easy walking distance to lots. Trolley is available if desired. Reasonable pricing. Owners are very friendly, renting was a breeze. Our time in Ft Myers Beach was great. Would rent here again. For those who are particular, will note that this property is located directly next to the Beached Whale restaraunt -- which means it can be noisy at times (food deliveries, emptying dumpsters, etc.). You may are may not notice it depending on how much and what times you are at the property. Wasn't bad enough to deter us from renting again.

This property far exceeded my expectations! While everything in the listing is accurate, it is even better than the pictures! It was within walking distance to everything. Peter and Jill were very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this property to family and friends. I would rent this property again!!!! Thank-you for sharing your lovely property!

A few friends and I stayed here July 9th through July 17th. This property was very clean, well maintained, and beautiful. The pictures are right on and the listing description is accurate. It was better than I expected and the owners were very nice and accomodating. I loved the fact that it had 3 separate bedrooms, a new washer and dryer, a screened in porch, modern (new) furniture. The location was perfect, just minutes from the beach and walking distance to shops, restaraunts and bars. It was great for either a couple, group of single people or a family. I definitely recommend this property to anyone!
