Professionally decorated and furnished property to appeal to all, whether it's a family vacation, a golfing adventure, or a couple of families out to see Disney and all Orlando has to offer! This luxury villa has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and is situated directly on, with beautiful views over the Arnold Palmer Legacy course within the prestigious Reunion Resort. Included are various items of children's and sporting equipment to make your stay as pleasurable and relaxing as possible. This includes a travel cot, high chair, baby monitors, tennis rackets, golf clubs and more. Reunion is a secure gated 5 star community with three private championship courses designed by the legends of the game - Watson, Palmer and Nicklaus. It is home of the Annika golfing academy, boasts its own waterpark, community pools, health-spa, restaurants and more! There really is nowhere in Orlando to compete with these facilities!

Villa style and poolside suite: The aim of the decor of this house was a finish in subtle natural tones with calming accents. The owners have tried to cater for all of those little holiday needs to ensure that your stay is relaxing, comfortable, and fun for all. This villa is of the courtyard style having one queen size bedroom suite separated from the main house by the pool area. This accommodation has a TV with inbuilt DVD and it's own bathroom with tub and shower - perfect for in laws, a nanny or housekeeper or older children wanting a little independence. The pool and spa can be heated and are surrounded by a paved area to one side and a landscaped area to the other - ideal for outside dining and sunbathing.

Interior layout: The ground floor includes a laundry room, kids den / cinema room with comfortable sectional sofa, large wall mounted TV and games console. There is a powder room, elegant formal dining area, open plan kitchen beautifully fitted with cherry cabinetry and granite counter tops complete with island and breakfast bar. The large family room with wall mounted TV, DVD player, ample seating and informal breakfast/dining area has one wall of glass doors that slide in to reveal breathtaking views of the golf course. The outside area has seating perfect for those lazy summer evenings with a glass of wine or simply admiring the skills of the passing golfers. Upstairs has two king size master suites each with walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The rear master's large bathroom has twin vanities, tub and walk-in shower. It also has access to a private, furnished balcony with fantastic golf views. The third and fourth bedroom each have two twin beds and share a family bathroom.

Some little extras to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. For those with little ones you will find the following helpful: travel cot - high chair - booster seat - toddler steps - baby monitors - baby bouncer - door gates - bed rails. For those with sporting interests, you will find the following in the villa: tennis rackets (2 adult, 2 childrens) - tennis balls - a set of golf clubs - 2 bikes and trailer for kids - various pool toys.

We had the opportunity to stay at a beautiful home! The pictures were accurate, and yet when we arrived there it was even more stunning. Having the Christmas Eve Elf arrive with our ordered stockings for the kids and ordering our Christmas dinner was also so decadent.

After a busy day at the Malls or Disney, it was a continued highlight of our day to swim in the heated swimming pool or relax on the comfy couches!!

My family and I rented this house for a week and we enjoyed it so much. The entire process from making the reservation, to the arrival and even the departure was effortless. The house is beautiful, with everything one would need or desire from a vacation home. The decor was so beautiful and yet functional and cozy. The linens were included with the rental, which was awesome. Every year my family and I rent a vacation home for our vacation and this house is hands down our favorite. The Reunion Resort is beautiful, gated and well maintained. The community is about 20 mins from Disney and Universal. But the house, community and privacy are well worth the commute. If we come back to Orlando, we would love to stay in this house again.

Property was exactly as listed. It seemed like it was a brand new home. Very clean, well-maintained, beautiful property. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely want to rent this property again. There is nothing about this home to complain about. It was perfect for our family. Villa was excellent and very well furnished, as a family of four we rattled around in the villa which would be suited to a larger family especially if part of the group wanted an element of quiet by using the pool house bedroom which is separated from the house. Pool is small but refreshing when the heat gets up. Main area to look out for is that (Re Union Resort) only allow you to use golf, waterpark and tennis facilities when you have a membership day, so make sure you have plenty of membership days. If you have not got the membership days you can not play golf which is annoying when you are looking out onto an empty golf course. If you have got a membership day the golf courses are of a high standard and very quiet. Only about 7 to 10 miles drive up the freeway for most theme parks.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very close to attractions. World class golf and amenities.
Way better than a hotel with 4 walls and a bed.
